Also my bed is quite low so to thrust into it while it's under my mattress would require my to kneel down, but then the stroker is slightly too high, so my dick would be angled upwards, which makes things worse - my dick curves upwards naturally, so when thrusting into a stroker my frenulum doesn't get much stimulation and the top of my glans gets too much stimulation, which is probably also why my orgasms aren't pleasurable at all with a stroker, even before the pelvic floor issues.

Do what you gotta do during that month, but focus on yoga poses and such to rid the HF. I wouldn't worry about this shit too much.

Can i ask if you initially had this guys problem but ignored it because you had no idea what was going on and just kept masturbating and kegeling to ejaculate to the point where you developed hard flaccid and then you kept masturbating over the years out of addiction mixed with frustration/depression to the point where you have retracted testicle/aching discomfort and significant HF.
Is it all still reversible or have you done some serious damage?

I really hope you are right man, but i've done months of no fap with little improvement, i've had days where i think its improving and then the next day i have terrible HF, testicular retraction.
I'm not sure if at night i'm having involuntary kegels or something because progress seems to randomly get destroyed sometimes.
Also sometimes my left retracted testicle is the size of a cherry or grape, is this reversible too? It's been retracted for so long and fluctuates in size based on the severity of HF, but i'm worried its going to be permanently damaged from being like this for so long.

so there's no muscle injury anymore? it's like my muscles are just firing in an unnatural fashion?
I also keep thinking this might be a result of scar tissue from the injury causing my pf to be less elastic? but i have no way to confirm this just that this condition is so stubborn that maybe its a result of scar tissue from the pf injury...

ok i used to get really bad involuntary kegel spasms at night where my erection would just kegel uncontrollably, i think i still get them but its not as frequently as before and it was hard to stop. It seems like the spasms have basically tightened my muscle to where it's stuck?
If I can get rid of the spasms at night will this resolve itself?

You reset your balance point too far on the tension side of things, to the point where when you get IK's now, it's your bodies natural response to kegel too hard. You need to reset your balance point to where it belongs and rewire your brain to not kegel so darn hard during IK's. IK's are a good thing, they help with arousal and such, but when they're causing problems like pre-e and HF, it's an issue. You can combat the HF in a flaccid state all you want, but as soon as you're erected, HF will come back if you haven't fixed your PF response while erected.
