ok I think you are spot on here, i've had times where my HF feels like its gone in flaccid and as soon as i get erection the flaccid is back to being hard again.
I also noticed that i'll kegel whenever i touch my penis for arousal like involuntarily, it's like my body is super prone to kegeling at almost all times of arousal. They are strong kegels too like i feel my penis and pelvic area move.
please what do i do about this though? my nofap strategy hasn't really worked

Reverse kegels, yoga (2-3x a day) hindis (3x a day), and belly breathing are the main things that reverse this stuff. RKs work well for reversing bad "kegel habits". Think about it, you kegeled when touching your penis, now you must reverse kegel when touching your penis to reverse the bad habit.

I RK'd too much when touching my banana, so now I must kegel when touching my banana to reverse the bullshit(LF) that had happened.
RK's are great, but be cautious with them.

Maybe I'll try NoFap. I've heard some people say on other websites that NoFap helped their issues, but heard many others say it didn't help at all.
I'd say I need to learn how to actually masturbate with lube properly, because of how bad it gets towards orgasm. BUT the problem seems to be that my shaft is just so desensitized compared to my glans that when my glans is ready to orgasm the shaft isn't even close so then the glans becomes too sensitive (feeling like I'm stroking it after ejaculating) even though I've not quite ejaculated yet. If I only ever masturbate either using lube or using a stroker, will this imbalance of sensitivity stop?

Also how come my IKs are so different now? Now my PF just clenches and tries to hold a constant moderate-weak kegel, whereas they used to be incredibly strong very short lasting contractions

Yes, since you don't have an injury, you can do your yoga 3 times a day, I personally belive the more times you do the yoga (breathing rks), the more ingrained it will become. Hindis can also be done 3x a day but they need conditioning.
I will say it again:
1x a day is merely a maintenance routine
2x a day is bare minimum
