    Thankyou. Is this an RK, or a back kegel? Feeling a pull and my anus moving further back, lengthening the pelvic floor but it doesn't feel like a push, it feels like a pull.

    Back RK is the push you do to fart or sht.

    RK is considered a stretch, it relaxes your muscles.

    So is what I'm feeling any of those? Because normally to pass a bowel movement I tend to brace my abdominals rather than focus on how my PF feels

    How long do you think it could take for me to eradicate this PF issue and to recondition myself in masturbation so that I enjoy using a stroker or my hand with lube? I'm on tinder again because I do want to find a partner, but I don't want to lose my virginity if these issues are going to be present during intercourse with a partner.

    Relax your asshole as if you are about to take it up the ass and enjoy every bit of it, thats a back rk..... its the best example i can think of.

    Front Rk, pretend you are just trying to take a piss as normal.

    The other day I thrusted into my stroker while kneeling, and I may have had a VERY weak orgasm. It's so tempting to include kegels in my routine right now because I know the contractions of my PF are so damn weak, but kegels would probably just make it tighter.

    Is there any way for me to include some strength training for my PF without making it too tight?
