  • Burning/soaring penis

Hey guys, I’m writing this because I’m in light panic.

    So, to give some context:
Last week I made a post that my penis got some purple spots on the glans by using the bathmate. The spots disappeared mostly within 1 minute and disappeared completely after 5 minutes after using the bathmate, without giving any further feelings. However, it did freak me out enough to post here and stop using the bathmate.

So for the remainder of half the week/week that has passed I didn’t have any complaints. Now yesterday afternoon/evening I decided to masturbate, which after masturbating give me this weird sensation, not hurting but weird. I didn’t think much of it, and a few hours later (it was one of these days) I masturbated again because I was procrastinating some work. This time it burned more as I ejaculated, and since then my entire penis is soar and burning/flaming from the inside. Additionally, the tip of my penis is way more sensitive, the best way I can describe it is the unpleasant feeling of having your penis in a bathmate with lots of pressure.

The pain varies from inside my penis top all the way to the base. I hoped a night of sleep and a new day would fix it, but the soaring feeling is still here, grabbing my attention nonstop. However, looking at the glans of my penis everything looks normal. No bruises, no spots no weird things.

Now I don’t know whats going on, so that why I’m asking around here as quite honestly it freaks me out a bit after reading some horror stories of flaming penises that don’t go away. From reading online there are a few possible things that I came up with

    • Damaged penis glans nerves/vessels.
    • Strained pelvic floor muscle (I read this somewhere that its possible with a bathmate).
    • Infection in the penis tube/prostate?

I hope someone with more knowledge then me can guide me towards the right direction, since its freaking me out.

Does it hurt when you piss? Sounds like a urinary track infection.
A prayer, is kinda the same as a "Like". If there are enough likes, God will take notice. So "Like" away please. My daughter needs your prayers. Thank You.

Ye I thought about that too, although I seem to piss a bit more frequent, it doesn't hurt really nor my bladder. So I'm not really sure about that.
But today I also noticed I got a bit more pain to the lower back, which indeed might indicate an infection.

I'll go check it out at the doctor's tomorrow. I am/was just afraid if I messedup any nerves or vessels with the bathmate, which is also super akward to tell to my doctor.

I will put money your doctor won't find anything. This could be a PF strain, they suck. Practice diaphragmatic breathing just in case. See what doc says but I honestly doubt its an infection.

Hey Hans, really appreciate your comment! I have some more questions, since the entire topic stresses me out. I have quite a bunch, I hope you can have a look at them.

Yesterday I went to the doctor and indeed no infection. Today I have to go back for an STD test since I did have unprotected sex in the last 2 weeks, but I really doubt this is the case.
If this gets out to nothing, I’ll request an appointment to an urinal specialist doctor, to get it checked out properly.

Would a pelvic floor strain also reach the top of the penis? Since this also hurts for me, and how would/could it have triggerd after masturbating, a few days after using the bathmate?

Further, would you suggest already starting with pelvic floor muscle training alongside the breathing excercises you recommended? And would taking Magnesium also aid the healing process?

And what time span do you reckon a PF strain takes to heal and go away on its own?

Pelvic floor strains cause issues throughout the entire pelvic region, lots of nerves in the pelvis.

If you were tensing the muscles during PE (this is easy to do), they could have given out.

Take magnesium, and only do diaphragmatic breathing, stay the fuck away from any "pelvic floor exercises", they make the situation worse; you don't exercises a strained bicep, it would need rest. Most injuries take 2 weeks to heal. 2 would probably be a bare minimum for a PF strain, 3-4 might be more realistic. Just try to keep the muscles as relaxed as possible, what most people are oblivious to is the fact that PF muscles usually spasm when strained, and can even stay that way after the injury, requiring rehabilitation, just keep breathing and make sure you are focused on using (not exerting) your PF when doing the breathing, try to get it to expand with your belly.

Talk to your specialist about "Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy" and "Hypertonic Pelvic Floor" (write these things down), and see what they say about them. $20 they are clueless but eh, I could be wrong.
