Hi all - I am fairly certain I have pelvic floor dysfunction following a sexual injury I had 3 weeks ago (I had another injury about 3 months ago that healed on its own in about 2 weeks but this one seems much worse). Although things have gotten marginally better but are still p bad. I made sure to check w a urologist and he said my penis itself was fine after doing an ultrasound and successful penile ejection for a quality erection, so I assume that it is pelvic floor dysfunction. Please help out with what I can do to improve, I have contacted a pelvic floor specialist who I am seeing one Dec 11. My symptoms are as follows:
1. ED - I can barely get to a 5-6/10 erection and it is hard to maintain without constant stimulation
2. Erection feels floppy and weak at the base
3. Erection does not fill out fully
4. Hard flaccid
5. Cold penis and glans
6. Glans not filling up
7. Mild penile pain - more like aching
8. penis feels disconnected
9. penis has a mild curve when flaccid
I am hopeful that I can remedy the damage I have done but I was hoping to get some advice and reassurance from the forum. Anyone recovered well? It's really bringing me down mentally and has crushed my sex life with my girlfriend. Thanks!

The physio is a good idea . There is a lot of info onsite but you are better off following the physio at this time .
