Is it possible to have trigger points in these muscles? If so, would manual massage or very light pressure on the superficial IC muscle help with HF etc potentially?

HF is usually treated with yoga and hindis. Trigger points are more for pain relief.
PC muscle is treated internally and other muscles are best massaged externally with an erection. Be gentle. My WorkARTICLES:

Great question. The one thing I am doing right now that might relate to this is using a massage gun around the base of my soldier. It seems to provide relief similar to trigger point work on other muscles, but it seems due to the pelvic bone being in the way I am only indirectly hitting the problem areas by doing so. It still seems beneficial for me.

OK thanks Hans. I have made. A lot of progress with resistance stretching but thinking of adding in massage of the right side of the iso muscle as it is sore whereas the left isn't. I also have ridges on right side of shaft only, as I was stretching yo the left which caused the injury. Doesn't make sense that I haven't explored the muscles which would have been most affected ie the superficial ones

Thanks troubleshooter, that's interesting, I would be wary of that although I do own a percussive massage device which I think would be too severe. I tried light 90 second holds on the deep right side of the iso muscles there and had referred pain/shaking/twitching in legs which may be a good sign. It might just cause a flare up as well, il report back anyway

I used a percussive massage gun on all the surrounding tissues of the penis today and seemed to have a positive effect. I used it very lightly on the ic muscles. My ic muscle and bc muscle have been sore for 6 months since my injury and I have been afraid to touch them. I think I need to start getting the blood flowing there somehow so will see
