I’ve been doing PE for a little more than two months now. Around week 5 I experienced some soreness took a 4 days off and was ok, but When I returned I ended up thinking that I could handle 5 days on 2 days off. Experienced some more soreness and took a week off. I then modified my routine to one day on one day off. Around week 7 I had trouble getting hard when I was trying to edge. I stopped doing PE and focused on recovering. Day two of my recovery I ended up having late night sex with my girlfriend ( was surprised that I got hard). The next day we tried having sex and I was unable to get hard.
I’m now on day five of recovery and I’ve been wrapping my penis in a hot wash cloth, stopped masterbaiting and stopped having sex. I think I might’ve been using too much pressure when jeloqing. I guess I wasn’t paying attention to my PI’s because now that I think about it my errection quality hasn’t been the best when masterbaiting ( unless I masterbaited after my PE sessions)
My workout routine was JP90. Edging, Kegals and reverse kegals.
I noticed that I don’t really get aroused anymore and sometimes don’t get morning wood. It’s quite difficult now to get an errection.
Two months ago when I first started PE I was extremely horny and always leaking precum and now it’s the exact opposite.
Is this just fatigue or could it be ED? Could this be perminate nerve damage? How long should I step away from PE and masterbation ? Should I wait for my hormones and erection level to return to normal before resuming ?
I’m currently taking Tribulus, Red Ginseng, Maca, Ginko Biloba, L-Arginine, L-Citrulline, and multi vitamins.
I’m unable to get hard without physically stimulating myself and watching porn.
I tried master baiting for 5 minutes today to check my erection quality and was able to get hard (80%) but the bottom of my penis was a little sore.
Learning from my mistakes. PE is amazing you just need to really listen to your body 😊
