An update : The discomfort in the base has basically gone, my head still burns a bit mainly when sitted and walking, that was suposed to be a good update rigth? But things gonne worse, i did nothing with my penis i just pissed washed it and measured to see if its turtling a couple of times with care, i took muscular relaxers and applied warm/hot cloth in it for like 3 days, but since yesterday my dick feel like its very light and filled with air, i woke up with a mid morning wood (i was not having them everyday before pe too) and looked like air filled too.
Im resting a lot, im not using my dick, i thought it was recovering goodly and yesterday that shit hited me like a truck, how its possible one session of PE withou feeling pain or discomfort end like this? I didnt did any stupid things, didnt jelqed with erection, stretched with a totally soft dick, warmed up, used oil to lubrification while jelq i followed all the instructions, i didnt had problems with my dick before, somebody can help me please, i tried to not stress out about it, and to just recover since i didnt did nothing extreme or dumb but seems its not helping, im only 25 yo,and before that session my dick worked finelly i could get many erections and cum more than once and keep erect, im not even anxious anymore im just sad. Sad because i dont know if ill fully recover and after doing it all correctly it seems like i cant do PE and it makes me more sad, cause i really wanted to improve myself before this problem i was very positive and pumped to do the program, thats just sad.
Anybody has an opinion or advice to give me? Please!
i dont know if it helps somebody to help me but : 1- i dont smoke, this year i only had some beers and vodca twice (one after the injury to not stress to much about it), im eating very healthy (balanced diet made by an nutricionist for me) i exercise 6 times a week (runnnig 2km and lifting 5 times, one kickboxing training session once), the only bad thing about my condition is my back pain from an old injury that its better since i lost weight.Last edited by Himura; 12-10-2020 at 10:58 PM. I saw the hf exercises of hans protocol after you talked about it, im following the advice there to wait 2 weeks after the injury to start the exercises. Im pretty bummed right now cause if thats the problem im trapped with doing yoga and limited masturbation for the rest of my life or it will come back, right?
A thing i still dont understand is how i get in such a bad shape withou forcing my dick too much, following the instructions and dont feeling pain or discomfort during just two PE sessions and one of those sessions was fairly reduced.Last edited by Himura; 12-11-2020 at 02:52 PM.

Today is one week from injury, i did nothing but rest and leave my dick alone, i tried to relax and not think about it but its hard to not think when your dick is not in a good shape and you dont know what is happening to you or how to fix it. After one week things are like that
- Disconfort on left base comes and goes, a bit weaker than when it started but sometimes as strong as it was
- Sore/ache perineum still bothering me
- burning/ache glans sensation is weaker, manifest more when im sitted and in rare cases irradiate a bit through shaft
- from 3 days to now i have an weird feeling its like my dick feels weightless like its filled with air or made of foam, and that freaked me out
Things that might be a good sign:
- I got some morning woods through the week, i dont thing it was 100% but i had and today it lasted for some minutes
- When talking to a girl through messages i started to have an erection but i cut my arousement cause i didnt wanted to test erections and get a week o full rest. (but the feeling of light and air filled dick persisted on both cases)
Since day three i applied warm cloth for 10 to 15 min, took muscular relaxers and tried to lay down the most, only got back into exercises like running and lifting yesterday.
I thought that after one week i would be way better, now i dont know what to do, cause i dont know what i had, and i still dont understand how my dick got like that with a not near intense PE session only, even that i didnt did an intense PE, didnt felt pain, didnt felt disconfort, and finished the session feeling good, now i feel like an idiot. Well I dont see how "being trapped to do yoga" for life is something bad, because in my situation it doesnt only relieve pf tension but it relaxes me as a whole too + pe is not the only way the pf gets tensed so dont blame yourself for it. Its better to have a fix for something even if you have to do it almost everyday than having nothing. My morning woods have returned to the point I have trouble peeing in the toilet and not around it again like before I injured myself. Keep doing the exercises and you might as well go to your doctor so you are sure theres no problem with your dick itself

I took some weeks of the forum to clear my head and try to relax, my erections are fully working, my dick regained weight( the ballon sensation gonne) and not turtling or loss of erection size, i can have hard rock erections again wich is great, but my glans still having the burning and soreness and the perineum soreness that's never on the same place still doing it too, im not stressed or obsessed im just trying to live and get rid of the soreness and disconfort cause that can bothers a lot when its 24/7.
I lift weights and do cardio almost everyday i don't have a problem with doing something with consistency my only problem is im really dont like yoga, and the thing of "having to do it or you'll feel pain there's no way to actually fix it" is something i have some difficulty to accept something of my personality but ill have to.
Thanks for following up and helping me, you're the only one that stayed, ill post a new update later but im affraid i'll recieve no further help since i got so much time off and almost no one was following things here too.
I might see an doctor but it's not an option now cause i didnt started my new job yet so i just have the money to pay my bills and survive till end of next month
