  • HELP- Only 2 days and i fucked up?!

    So i started my PE journey to better myself, and started with the JP90 program, i did very calmly to not do any harm to my dick, i didnt felt any pain or disconfort during the exercises, took care to not grip way too tight with jelqs and even so a few hours later i started to feel a bit of discomfort in my penis head. Its not straight pain its just a discomfort and more like inside cause the discomfort dont get worse when i touch or put some light pressure in it.

    Im having normal erections, no pain while erect, so i thought it was just beginning sore decided to do the second day to be consistent but even lighter, cut everything by half, and did it very lightly, didnt even get erect doing jelquing and decided to skip the V-jelqs too.

    Now im having too a disconfort in the left side of base that goes behind my ball like in the perinium area, and i dont know why, maybe because of jerking off cause i barely did PE exercises, and since the beginnig i kept attention to not do it to strongly, always attentive to any pain or discomfort to stop imediately if it happens(it didnt). And now i have those discomfort feelings in my dick and i feel dumb to feel it so early and really sad about it.

    I feel like the head discomfort still, but a bit less constant now, but i dont know it it got better or if is that now i have a different discomfort and not focusing on it that much.

    Please somebody help me, its just a case of resting and it gonna come back to normal? Or i did a major fuck up and now i have to go to a doctor or do exercises to fix it?

    (sorry about eventual grammar errors its not my native language and im a bit freaked out by my situation)

    Allow some time for rest, lets see where things are in 24 hours. Perhaps soak in warm tub of water to relax tissues.

      Just rest my dick in a recipient full of warm water is an option(dont have a tub)? How much time? And did you think i did something really wrong even with all the caution?Thanks for replying im scared and every help is great now

        You'll be fine in a few days as long as you REST it! That means no playing around with it to see if it's better. It will be.

          Most important is for you to relax, and let your penis also relax. No testing to see if it is ok.

          Making yourself all hyper nervous about this is usually not helpful. Have a beer, eat some pizza. Rest.

              yeah just dont do anything to your dick, even kegels, no jerking off no porn, nothing, dont test erections to see if things are better too, give it a complete rest for some time

                  Take a few days off and when you resume, think about doing PE every other day for a few weeks until you are more conditioned to it.
                  Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

                    Like doing 7/7 day on day off for a few weeks? If i do it its better doing less reps than its in the program? To avoid having this problems again?

                      Just an update, i dont feel more discomfort in the base, the head is a bit better too, i think now the disconfort is more due foreskin than the head itself, the only strange thing is that the perinium like area discomfort changed sides to the right one its not pain its more like and itchy discomfort. Ill keep resting in hope that everything gets better through next week

                        thats right, keep up the good work, dont do anything to your dick for at least a week and when I say nothing I mean nothing, not even testing erections to see eq, and after you are sure its healed and you have returned your normal function fap only once per week

                          Thanks for following me through this,im pretty anxious and having people helping me is really a relief, im just using my dick to piss, ill be in complete rest for the next week, if things get better ill update too.

                            I just know the feeling when you have a problem like that and you feel like you are the only person to be going through it, many people here fix their problems and leave the forum since they arent interested in pe anymore but can you blame them, I gave myself hard flaccid 3 weeks ago, got mad progress doing yoga and split stretches to the point I can get an erection again and keep it, and then I was dumb enough to stop doing them and jerk off to porn 4 times in the span of few days which just slowly reversed everything, now since I started doing the exercises again I started to see progress once again so Hard Flaccid imo is definitely fixable you just need to calm down, take supplements like ginkgo biloba or l-arginine for better blood flow, pelvic floor stretches and not testing erections and shit like that

                              After all that pass ill have to think if ill keep with pe or not, cause my dick is not too squishy when soft(its soft and move normally and bends but its not too squishy if you lightly squeeze it) and im affraid of hard flaccid.
