  • Pelvic floor gets really tired while extending

    Hi!

Every time i am extending after a few minutes i start to feel my PC muscle REALLY tired, its a very uncomfortable feeling, so much that i usually take the extender off after 1 hour because of my PF and not because my penis needs a break, after i remove the extender i get immediate relief. I started PE a month ago and i found out i had an overactive PF, i used to do front kegels all the time, when driving, brushing teeth etc so i `ve been doing lots of rks and some yoga. The thing is, my front muscles were the ones more active, now they seem to be a little bit better but my back muscles are still very active and no matter how much i try to rks while using the extender the fatigue feeling wont go away.

Since i have a porn problem i am trying to stop contracting my PF so much when masturbating, i didn't know until now that i am not supposed to contract my pf to get an erection and keep it, it can come naturally. My back muscles are the ones more active when i am masturbating now, i find they much harder to relax, i have an hemorrhoid but it only bothers me when i take a really hard shit.

Another thing i should add, when i find a really sensitive spot on my glans and start rubbing it, my pf muscles starts to have little spasms, it doesn't hurt or anything, its just hard to focus and make them stop, i don't know if that is normal.

Maybe i had a stronger front muscle and a week back muscle, since i am doing rks my back muscles got even weaker but that shouldn't make me feel fatigue while using the extender, right? Please let me know what you guys think.

Are you extending upwards or downwards man?

You are contracting inside the extender which then pulls on the contraction. Do it with another muscles and it will be tired too.

Try less intensity and to release the PF muscles while it stretches slowly until fully relaxed. Takes some daysweeks work.
      25cm! Let's go!

Always downwards. Since i am extending downwards i am mostly focusing on my suspensory ligaments, the "inner penis" shouldn't feel too much tension therefore i shouldn't feel fatigue in the back, right?

I understand the muscles getting tired after a while but shouldn't my front muscles get tired too? Why the fatigue jumps the front muscles and goes straight to the back. I will use less tension and see what happens, i am currently using 900/1000 grams.

At what body posture are you extending?
Keep in mind that being in a chair and curving your weist (like a dog that is afraid and put his tail under his legs) for hours, its making your PF shorter.
You have to counter this by doing lot of pf stretching to gain back its length.

900-1000-grams are not OK for extending. Better go 500-750 grams.

In any case if you try everything and the extending irritates your PF then stop it and go for an other PE method.
Having an overtensed PF is worst than not having a bigger dick.

Wow i did not know about that, i've been sitting with a curving waist since my school days, i am 23 now and that is 100% my body posture while extending. I will work on my posture, do pf stretching and lower the extender tension. Thank you for your help

Just one more thing, how am i supposed to know that my pf is balanced and i am allowed to do kegels again?

People with the tendecy of creating an overtensed pf should avoid kegels at all cost for eva and eva.

Indeed, with PE becoming more popular, so are pelvic floor issues. We see it way too much. PE can really mess up your pelvic floor so we try to get the word out but it's hard. I have heard of guys tensing their muscles when extending, avoid this as kegeling against a stretch is traumatizing to the muscles.

if you kegeled and stretch at the same time is the trauma reversible?

How could anyone answer this question?
It depends on the stretching+ kegel tension and on how many times this has been done.

i guess it depends on what kind of trauma is happening, i'm pulled my hamstring many times and it's recovered just fine.

No, depends on how the muscle reacts which every muscle does different to the same stimulus.

oh well i guess we don't know how it reacts then? I don't know just curious if its like a serious issue or not, i assume the pain would stop people from continuing to stretch while kegeling which might mitigate serious injury

Should be, might take a few weeks for the strain to heal. I used the word traumatizing to emphasize how bad it is to do.
Diaphragmatic breathing and hindis are good for the recovery after the strain has healed. Gentle massage to the strained muscle is also warranted.

Hard flaccid is usually the symptom of anxiety surrounding the injury. Any form of worry regarding the functioning of your penis will result in ED issues. PF muscle injuries often create this phenomenon.
