Hi i am 27 years old ,i watched porn and masturbated in setting and laying position .Now my problem is that i can get erection in setting and lying position with the help of stimulation when stimulation ends my erection fades ,I can not get erection in standing ,If i get it i lose it in 5 to 10 seconds
i am getting morning erection but it fades when i wake up .For maintaining erection i have clench my pelvic muscles then erection becomes strong otherwise semi erection .i have no health issue and i am fit and young ,it happened after masturbation.Now i am not masturbating and not watching porn .i am 70 days on nofap .I get morning erection but it doesn't stays for long time ...other issue is that when i go to urine passout ,after urination my urine is leakage is and pents becomes wet after urination .I have back pain some times .so plz help me

Usually post void dribble (in your case) would be a PF muscle issue. Either tension or weakness in the BC muscle. Do you have other symptoms of hypertonic pelvic floor? Urinary frequency, urgency, pelvic pain, genital pain, rectal pain?

relax take a pause and breath through belly expanding when inhaling then expand your PF like you expand your belly

sounds like you have a tight pelvic floor, try doing yoga for the pelvic floor and stretches like the ones people do when they try to learn how to do splits
