    UPDATE - got got a morning wood after doing sex for some reason the same as the one i got yeserday
    i have also noticed that with that erections the pelvic foor is more tight and and much more noticable like i can actully feel it , is it realted also to premature ejaculetion ?

    Pre-e is related to a tight pelvic floor. Worry about that later.

    will a low cardio or even yoga be okay not related to pelvic stuff just plain exercise to get the blood flowing
    sorry if i bother with the qustions just want to workout for summer

    im back guys !!!

    well after two weeks of no sex i had the strongest erection while doing sex

    however i have found kegeling to be super helpful
    regular and reverse

    i do want to try edging to make them harder because they are not hard as they were before

    well no kegels what so ever and everything is great , however
    i havent been doing kegels even in my rest period ' maybe one or three times
    i think that my pelvic floor is fine , when i have erection i can feel my pereniu, hard tho
    i also think that reverse kegels themselves might hurt erection quality
    what about edging ?>

    in your situation I would let it rest for more time, this means no fapping or sex
