Thread: erect jelqing injury

hii all
i wil start by saying that i have already searched for people with the same condition as me but i still didnt find answears from my qustions
a month ago i have started my journey with PE and it was great 'i did the ************* routine and after a full month i have continued and moved to other level and thats where i thought i got my injury from ...
i have started a doing a routine of
30 min
10 min off
30 min
extending exercises
- after that i added a little bit of 20 min of jelquing { most of my jelquing sessions were erect at all times ] and that where i think i got my injury from
RECOVERY -
since the injury at the first week it was super hard to achive erection ' keep it and the erections were 80 percent and not 110 % like before
2 week - which is today i get aroused easiely and i achive erection still not 110 % percet
but i no longer have insane morning wood
QUSTIONS -
HAS ANYONE HERE RECOVERD FROM ERECT INJURY
HOW ONG DID IT TOOK YOU
DO YOU STILL HAVE MORNING WOOD ?
i am seeing my urologist this monday ,,, what should i ask her to check?

So errm you have a slight loss of eq from overworking . Rest it for a week.

I agree with peg. Rest it for a week or two and go from there. There isn't much urologists know about this kind of stuff.
