Last week was a bit all over the place but I’ve been consistent with my stretches.
I did a session of yin yoga focusing on the pelvic floor and the next day was the most relief I had in a while. I’ll have to make sure I do more it on a regular basis.
There were a couple of days that I had pain around the navel and I’m not sure about what caused it.
I’ve looked into the Genius of Flexibility as suggested by CLOS3 (thanks btw). Some of the yoga stretches I do are similar but I’ll do some of the GoF stretches I find online and see how they go.

Just to note. No, I haven’t had any other injuries, joint pain, or anything before this. I always was active leading up to this injury. I did lifts 5 days a week never neglecting core or abs. I did hiit on some off days, and spent at least an hour walking each day. It wasn’t until the injury that those things stopped and even now I walk for an hour and stretch throughout the day. The one thing I didn’t do really when I was training was yoga. If I could do it over, yoga would be a core part of my training schedule. Posture has never been an issue and doesn’t seem to be an issue but I’ll even add in some posture improving stretches/movements and check out Core Exercise Solutions on YT.
I’ve stopped PE completely but I do rarely get off though. I haven’t been using my hands, but maybe I shouldn’t cum for now at all. Easier said than done, but I’ll do whatever I have to.
Tbh, I’m a bit surprised at the number of you guys that want to help. Just know I really mean it when I say thank you.
I’ll be sure to take the time I need to this year to get past where I am now.

What are the symptoms of hard flaccid if you have a fascia tear and need DCT ?
And does the symptoms vary from tight Pelvic floor causing hard flaccid vs fascia causing hard flaccid?

@Millionaire01 I don’t really know what the difference in symptoms would be. I haven’t looked into DCT either. Hope someone can tell you though.
Been doing more pelvic yin yoga and it makes a good difference throughout the day. Also, I tried a genius of flexibility session a couple of times. I haven’t done anything like it before, it’s essentially a stretch workout. It’s made a difference in how my body feels, no doubt. Still, I’ve been having penile pain and soreness around the perineum.
I’m planning to give GoF a full trial to see how that goes. I’ll likely throw in some stretching sessions for posture too just to have that covered.
