What about just doing a normal squat on the ground and pulling the penis down with your hand? isn't this essentially the same? I know, doing this for 20min and staying relaxed is not as easy but it should be the same if I got your description correct.Last edited by burnout; 01-13-2021 at 11:31 AM.

No. This position does not offer relaxation.
The knees have to be 90 degrees and the edge of your ass sitting on the edge of the chair.

I'm definitely gonna order a hanger and try it. Teodeles real reverse kegel technique felt way more beneficial for me than the usual "push a turd out" reverse kegel technique. So if he says this is better than that it makes me optimistic. Plus it just seems more targeted. While having HF, I obtained my LF pelvic issue acutely through what I believe to be upward and straight out stretching/v jelq. So it kind of just makes sense intuitively to go the other direction with the pelvis position relaxed like that.

I got my PF tensed 1st time in my life by high intenity Upwards stretching/jelqing too.
The hanging RK method I am saying in this thread is gonna fix you forever. I never bother to do Rks anymore...Its like comparing a Fiat with a Ferrary when it comes to the PF relaxation.
You DO NOT need to buy a hanger for this method.... I am just using the front piece of my strap extender with a little rope and I hang the 0.5kg... you can even use a shoe lace because the weight is super light.Last edited by TeoDeles; 01-21-2021 at 03:17 PM.

I saw my penis turtle for the first time after I jelqed multiple times in the upwards position so im definitely going to try this method.

I did it 3 times a day 5 mins a time for 2 weeks (the pregnant woman stretch not the weights), it loosens everything up real good but i think you have to do it with moderation because i had a hard time getting a erection up after. But then again my PF wasn't that tight and i don't have HF.
So i think it's great to do when the PF is REALLY tight but then you have to do some exercises to strenghten the PF after, and then it's just a question of keeping the balance.
As usual, I think it depends on everyone and this was just my experience.
