    I will give it a go tonight with a shoelace and see what happens!

    The exercise seems promising indeed. Just tried it with some deep belly breathing. However my penis has a lot of loose skin and small glans so the noose kept slipping off after a minute or so and kept tugging on the skin. First time hanging. It was kind of uncomfortable. But afterward my pf seemed more relaxed and my scrotum hung VERY low albeit temporarily. I have kind of a weird case as the left side of my muscles alternate between hard flaccid and long flaccid and the right side of my muscles are in constant long flaccid. The left side got more relief than the right. Gonna buy a vaccuum device and try hanging from that to make it more comfortable for the full 20 min straight. Will report back in two-ish weeks.

    I am optimistic though. Thank you for this exercise!

    at which angle should the upper body be to the chair? upright at 90° or more reclined at 45° ? and is a hanger needed or is it okay to just pull with your hand down?

    Reclined at 45° and being in a full relaxed mind and muscles state in order for the PF and its surroundings to be able to relax and let the weight drop it down.
    No with the hand you can not do it because you can't stretch 20 mins in a row and because you will "break" the body posture position and the whole relaxation that it is needed.
    I have already said in this topic a lot of times that a hanger is not needed.
    You can do it by a shoe lace like the ZEN HANGER.
    Google ZEN hanger and you will see what I am talking.
