  • The BEST way to relax the pelvic floor.

    I d like to speak to you my tight PF brothers how to relax your PF super effectively and super fast.

    Yes Rks and PF stretching and soft ball massage are great ways to do it. I did them and they work BUT they are not even close to the effectiveness of the way I will describe here.
    Infact if you have this method as a stand alone(without Rks etc) rehab for your PF balance its superior than all the rest methods combined.

    I have tested this numerous times and it always works. Bu doing this every day the PF tension will be gone forever and super fast.
    This method also is the most convinient and it does not require special skills like isolating the PF in order for the Rks to be effective and things like that.

    The method:
    Just hang 500 to 750 grams from your dick and sit on the edge of a soft chair with your legs being on 2 objects that have the same height as the chair sit.
    Your PF has to be on the air... meaning that in this position having the edge of your ass on the chair , is leaving your PF without any pressing tension from the chair.
    In this position you are hanging in a position that is somewhere between SD and BTC.
    Do this for just 20 mins and have a space heater to heat warmth on your PF the whole time and at the same time relax your mind and body. Let the tension go away from your body. Just sit there frozen in a meditation state for just 20 mins.
    Thats it!

    It works everytime and keeps your PF relaxed for the rest of the day.
    Not even 200 Rks are able deliver me such a relaxation on my PF.
    This method is bringing the PF lower by the use of the weight and an instant releaf is being happening.
    By doing this everyday you will heal permanent.

    Be carefull....by overdoing this ( more weight or more volume) will lead to the opposite result.

    I have to add that you do not need a classic hanger in order to do it.
    The weight is so small that you can use anything... like a Zen hanger style that is just a wide shoe rope with a silicon sleeve or an extender front piece or a shock hanger.

    Also you can add this method in the end of your PE workout in order to cancel the PF tension that the PE training created... like a warm down of the PF.

      Thank you for always putting in effort to make things easier for us HF suffers it is really a hard thing to beat and its even harder to stay motivated so you putting in effort to always show us that there is light at the end of the tunnel really means alot.

      I will try this method and I feel like it will benefit some of the suffers that is unable to do RK proberly.

      I just have one problem,I dont have a hanger so is there anyway on how I can make a homemade hanger adding the same weight,do you think it will have the same effectiveness?

            Deep belly breaths will assist the relaxation of the PF but they are not a must in this method. Justing relaxing all the lower body muscles is the key.

              Im just curious to know what purpose does the hanging do won't that put for pressure on your penis since it isn't stretchable and stiff and should yr legs be straight or bent when doing this?

                  Legs bent 90 degrees.
                  Your dick is not stretchable and is stiff cause your PF doesn t allow blood to enter in it and its completely dry.
                  The gravity of the light weight will bring your PF down in order to create the passage for the blood to enter(like a healthy balanced PF) and by doing this every day the PF will stay down meaning that it will get balanced.

                  The feeling is like holding an effective Rk for 20 mins without any effort.

                  For severe cases morning and night 20 mins sets should be done.

                  Extending can not replicate this treatement cause
                  1) It can t go in a BTC position
                  2) Because the springs are pulling the dick BUT the dick is pulling back to the extender base creating more tension to the PF.
                  And this is the reason why extender guys are getting an overtensed PF.

                  The pulling force should be free and in a certain angle( as I said a position of the body somewhere between SD and BTC) and this only a free weight can do it.

                    Okay so just to be clear all you do is get 3 chairs with equal height ,sit on the edge of one and put yr legs on the other with a 90 degree angle of the legs and hang 500 grams on your dick,now must your posture be up straight or should you lean back a bit?

                      Thats an interesting idea! So is this like squatting on a toilet where you just hang weight from your penis like in this picture?Pedestal-squat-toilet.jpg

                      What about just doing a normal squat on the ground and pulling the penis down with your hand? isn't this essentially the same? I know, doing this for 20min and staying relaxed is not as easy but it should be the same if I got your description correct.

                        No. This position does not offer relaxation.
                        The knees have to be 90 degrees and the edge of your ass sitting on the edge of the chair.

                            I think it is essentially the "woman giving birth position" but butt on the edge of a chair so the pelvic floor is elevated and the other legs at 90 degrees on same height chairs. I could be wrong though.
