My ears get hot and red too every now and then since the intial hard rk's - could this be to do with it?

It's hard to describe. A sort of fullness sensation. I don't strain anymore, but the effects of holding a hard rk for all waking hours for a day or two have brought upon this pressure feeling

In my experience you can spasm the PF with just RK's. Do some regular kegels for a while. You need regular kegels on top of RK's; just stretching a muscle can f it up.

Yeah Jay I would do regular kegels, but I had a bad PF injury and now my floor is hypotonic becuase of it.

Hard flaccid? In that case I think you may still be dealing with it. Difficult to guess, but I can assume. Any other symptoms?

No it's not hard flaccid - I have 9-10/10 EQ without rk'ing.
Yeah one other symptom I've had since the injury is when I ejaculate my dick pulses vigorously uncontrollably for 10 seconds or so. Of course everyone kegels as they ejaculate, but this is different to pre injury. It's a heavier type of pulse if that makes sense - PF spasming I assume

Yes. If I do a HARD RK! With high pressure. Work on holding different degrees of RK intensity. Most times full pressure isnt needed but finding the zero point where you're relaxed. A hard RK stretches
