Hey everyone, had a mishap with my “phallosan Forte Plus” model a couple weeks ago.
The background is I’ve been using a bathmate several times a week since September and using my phallosan for a good 8 months. But had stopped when I got the bathmate.
I got my Plus add on finally and have been using it one month and loved it but was pushing the length gains. i was hitting my max erect length but in flaccid with no pain with this device which was great.
At some point wearing it I felt a stronger than normal pinch, and after it occurred more than once I removed the device and have a warm/scratchy/slightly sore area on the bottom right lower portion of my shaft..
Has anyone had this before and is it permanent ? I don’t have any pain with erections, but I do have some nerve irritation when flaccid or light stretching indicating it’s too soon to get back to regimen.

Let it rest for a good long time.

Figured of course. Just want a time of reference if it’s known haha.
Also will this inhibit the rate I can stretch at moving forward? Once recovered. (Obviously not at the rate I was previously attempting)

With nerves there is never a time frame. They simply heal when they heal.

It depends on the damage done. Neurapraxia is a mild injury where just the myelin sheathe is damaged, it usually takes anywhere from a few hours to 3 months, with a full recovery.
Axonotmesis is more serious and depends on how much of the axon was damged but it usually takes 6months to a year for a good - poor recovery, depending on how much damage there is. I would always give nerves 3 months, then 6months, then a year. 1 year being the cut off point. My WorkARTICLES:

Is there anyway for me to tell what was exactly damaged ? It sucks because I definitely can’t stretch it wi the out irritating the nerve. However there is no pain or difficulty maintaining or getting an erection.
I think my stretcher just hyper extended as it pushed deeper at certain angles. I feel the soreness only on one side and it is tender , but I wouldn’t say painful, just uncomfortable when a the young stretching.
I did try light stretching. Irritation came back. Damn I’m upset. I loved how I was feeling in life stretching.

Hey, I had a nerve injury as well. Almost the same story as you, about a year of constant extending and hanging with great progress. About a month ago while hanging my penis got numb and after I took the hanger off it felt weird. Like a weird nerve tingling throughout my penis, especially behind the head.
I've been on a break for a month now and I've localized the possible injury to a point on the right base, there's a small contusion/swelling at that area where if I massage it, it feels like there's some relief (like when you sleep on your arm wrong and get up off it and feel the blood rushing back). So my guess is, there was a swelling in the area compressing some nerves upstream, radiating the irritation to the rest of the penis. There could also be some element of direct nerve damage through overstretching or compression by the base of your extender.
So that might help you in localizing the area where the compression may be occurring, try feeling around the base of your penis. There's major nerves exiting your pelvis below the pubic bone that go to your scrotum and along the sides of your penis, and there's a dorsal nerve along the top. They're all supplied by the pudendal nerve which runs along your perineum. So some light massage to get some fluids moving along those areas may help recovery.
Also there is some merit to a deconditioning break especially if you've been consistently working on it for the past 8 months. I feel like my penis is actually bigger after the 1 month break. EQ is better, my glans is fuller. So don't worry about resting for too long. Assess it week by week, but don't jump back into it until you've recovered fully.Last edited by YouGoingToJailNah; 4 Weeks Ago at 02:25 PM.
