I've been doing 20 minutes of pelvic floor stretching split into 3 sessions every day for a few months now, and I think my tightness is pretty much gone.
Is it safe for me to add a very small amount of kegels into my routine so that I can feel pleasurable ejaculation/ orgasm again?
Here's the symptoms I used to have vs what it's like now:
I used to experience a painful tightness in my PF after ejaculating that would not go away unless I stretched, this used to happen if I ejaculated only once per week. Now I ejaculated 5 times in the past 7 days and I felt no pain or tightness and my PF is not showing any symptoms of tightness even though I only did 10 minutes of stretching yesterday.
My flaccid used to be hard like 90% of the time, now I don't really get HF (although it is slightly harder this morning but I only did half my stretching yesterday and the weather is really cold these last few weeks).
I used to not feel any masturbatory pleasure at all, now the majority of the time it is pleasurable and I've even had a few slightly pleasurable orgasms. The pleasurable orgasms are still hard to achieve because my glans is super sensitive compared to my desensitized shaft, but I've been sticking with masturbating with lube only and going slowly.
I no longer have excessive urinary frequency and haven't had this issue for a few months.
I no longer suffer from constipation and haven't done for several months.
I do sometimes leak a very small amount of urine after leaving the bathroom, nothing noticeable to anyone else but I can feel it happen.
Thanks.

Sounds good, do 1 kegel and go from there to arrive at a balance that works for you

Pheromones anyone?
