Has anyone had testicle symptoms with HF and had it resolve. Specifically retracted testicle, shrunken size, tightness of the testicle. My left testicle is pretty much experiencing symptoms all the time.
I'm worried with my testicle retracted/tight for years now that there is some atrophy going on. Would love to hear thoughts.
You really have to cut out the worrying; it only makes things worse.
Its hard to not worry about this because you feel the symptoms and it doesnt seem to let up. Ive tried various things with mixed results. I wish I could know if others have fixed it when its been so persist for so long or if Its a lost cause for me and I have to live with this
Let me ask you; do you think your worry will help you or hurt you?
You might experiment with using a warming device, on your private parts, self stimulation using your hand and massaging the 'working boys'.
Many have one hung lower than the other, and one larger than the other.
You might just be normal/average.
nah its tight and retracted and totally different from before strain/injury and HF. Definitely not normal/average.Quote:

ngl before getting injured I didnt give much attention to my balls except when Im in the shower and because of the warm water they were almost always hanging more than usual now I see sometimes they are retracted(I guess to the cold weather or stress to which Im exposed almost daily) but after doing rks they get back to normal
