Hello everyone, a few days ago I made a post saying how tired I was of fingering my ass for pf massage and having to hindi squat for hours. I think I may have found a thing that can speed up recovery.
This builds off the nervous system and strengthens the muscle, I don't know exactly the science behind it but here it is:
The method relies on negative squats and deadlifts, in a positive squat or deadlift the pelvis comes closer to the backbone therefore the muscle is shortening, the nervous system is used to a short and tight muscle. In a negative squat ( One where you stand and slowly descend maybe 4 seconds, then stand up by pulling yourself up to avoid doing a normal squat to get up) the muscle uses eccentric contractions (lengthening of the muscle) therefore facilitates the expansion and relaxation while strengthening the muscle. This combination of the use of the nervous system and strengthening the muscle should in turn give rise to a longer stronger muscle = less tense and weak. I tried it for a week doing 50 negative squats a day and from my previous grievous condition it seems to relax quick. I no longer have pelvic floor spasms at night or while urinating or pooping. Now imagine you combine this with some massage, and later some stretching, the chances are the muscle will be fixed, and you can go back to a normal life again
I got onto this by realising that touching the floor 1m in front of you with straight legs is a pelvic stretch, and by reading this article More Squats and Fewer Kegels: What Your Pelvic Floor Really Wants | Breaking MuscleLast edited by Jmam; 02-09-2021 at 09:20 AM.

Sounds like you may have anterior pelvic tilt, congrats on your progress though
As long as you can eventually...
