Hello all.
In past posts I had mentioned I sustained an injury thats been present for about 2 years now. As I was stretch holding my penis to the right in a wide legged stance (lazy/dont recommend) I suffered what I initially thought was a ligament strain. After consulting with a friend of mine who is a Physical Therapist. She concluded it was more so possibly nerve damage. She gave me advice to heat or ice the area, lay on my back with my feet up (Recommend using a wall) and massage gently from close to my anus up to the base of my penis. I found that the area of the source of the injury was much lower than I had previously assumed. I am on day one of heating, massaging, then icing and already feel a difference. I also found out that there are doctors who can provide you with nerve blocker shots to help deal with this as well. Hope this helps someone!
*Update*
Day 3 of sitting in hot tub for 30 minutes-1hr, 20-30 minutes of light massage, and 30 minutes of icing and feeling a world of difference. The anxiety that has been plaguing me around this is being lifted.Last edited by Jabs; 03-02-2021 at 12:00 PM.
