i damaged my penis about a month ago while using a penis extender , and i posted on here about two weeks ago , but i felt some of my questions went unanswered , and because im extremely worried i feel the need to ask again . at the moment my flaccid penis is shrivelled , sometimes hard , sometimes softer , and im getting an intense sore pinching feeling starting down the left side of my penis and left testicle and finishing on the underside of my left butt cheek . im getting night time erections , but they are very weird triangular ones , where the shaft is hard , but the tip is flaccid . when the erection subsides , im left with a very cool feeling around my groin area and a heightened soreness around my left testicle and left butt cheek , and a slight heavy feeling on my perineum .
my questions are.......
1 . have i permanently damaged myself ? will my penis / groin area ever feel normal again ?
2 . what have i done to myself ? a guy on my first post suggested it might be a tensed pelvic floor , but would i be getting all these symptoms and nerve sensations , if it was a pelvic floor issue ?
3 . can i recover from this ? what should i be doing ? on my first post i was given advice to completely rest it , and to do hindi squats and reverse kegels , but nobody said in what order ? should i rest it first for a couple of months then do the squats / kegels , or should i be doing these things now ? what should my timeline be ?
at the moment , my recovery routine , is basically to sit in warm water , to aid blood flow to the area . i have tentatively tried reverse kegels , and gently massaging the perineum , but i feel like it has increased the heightened soreness and pinching , so im not sure if trying those things is hindering a potential recovery . im not sure what else to do

No. Yes.
PF issues can cause nerve sensations and pains of all sorts.
Yes. Work towards ridding the tension. There are tools in the market for such. Rid the tension and rehabilitate the muscles.
Although you have recovered from HF before, this time around it is different. I'm betting the first time it was minor tension, while this time it's major tension. It can be resolved, you just have to find those trigger points, rid them, and rehabilitate the muscles.
You never slow down, you never grow old!

So I suggest a physio who does male pelvic floor for the physical . For the mental side you would need a therapist.

about your second question
I remember when I injured myself jelqing I had this numb sensation in my balls like they are itching but they arent, I thought I had nerve damage too but when the pelvic floor gets tensed it cuts out not only blood flow but nerve endings too thats why you think you have nerve damage
about the squats and rks
try to reverse kegel any time you can, its best to do them while laying/sitting, I also suggest you to do another yoga pose called reclined butterfly, also legs spread up on the wall is another good pose to get good pelvic floor releave

thanks to everyone for all the advice . i did see a doctor yesterday . only a general doctor , but a doctor nonetheless . i was examined internally and externally . he examined my prostate area , and couldnt find anything wrong in that area , so thats a good thing . he examined my left testicle , where the pinching pain is , and that was very uncomfortable , the pain from having it examined , was probably a 6 or 7 out of ten , so im going to provide a urine sample , then possibly get an urology appointment depending on the results of my test , but it looks like its gonna be a long wait to be seen by urology

I'm pretty sure I had nerve damage and cords on my penis. The reason I think so is because one time at night the somatic nerves in my body connected and I felt a warm heat propel through my body all around my nervous system. It lasted for like 5 minutes. And the cords are from scar tissue. My penis has been aching for days, sore when erect or even just getting it up a little bit. I've been lying in bed for the last 4 hours, and I only ate protein today. The pain feels like it has subsided but I don't want to watch porn to aggravate it.
