  • Water fasting

So if you want to know my story you can check back on some of my previous threads.

I have cured this thing twice and it has come back due to a combination of overtraining, marijuana use, and excessive kegelling. It is of my opinion if you ever get HF you should never kegel.

I recently got HF again after trying to kegel to balance my pelvic floor due to Pre E. I also had an injury where my partner bend my dick. After this injury I had gotten Hf again for the past month or two. Cialis was the only true thing to diminish symptoms.

This recovery has been the hardest because every time I made progress I would have a setback. The worst part for me is the slight loss in girth at the shaft and head due to limited blood flow.

I had been at my wits end with this thing and just when I think I have it figured out, I don’t have a clue. I believe there is a stress component, a muscular component, nervous system component and in my case, the prostate.

I had a hunch I had prostatis so I did the only thing that has cured other ailments for me and that is a water fast. I have done about 20-30 for general health but never past 6 days. This time I pushed it to 11 days for deeper healing.

The whole benefit, especially for me, is when your lean enough, your body will try to spare muscle and fat (under 10%). When it does this it scavenges for senescent cells, scar tissue and heals injuries/inflammation in the body Via autophagy. It’s a very deep subject so please look it up.

Well anyways I had swelling and pain in my Perineum. After day 7 it was completely gone. Two days after breaking the fast, my flaccid is hanging 6”... it normally hangs 3-4. I also measured 7.25x6 today. That is my normal but when HF comes along I am down to 7x5.5-5.75.

It’s early so I will keep updating this but this makes me feel like the prostate could be involved. It even could have been fibrosis from the injury but it might have healed during the fast. At the very least, my tight muscles loosened and my nervous system got a break from not lifting weights and not eating allowed my system to heal.

At worst this is worth a shot. Again too early to tell and I am going to the urologist on Monday to rule anything out but the early returns are looking real good.

Well 5 days after breaking my fast and my flaccid is as big as it was right before getting HF. No morning wood but I am getting random erections, they are hard, big and the glans is full. I have no symptoms of the HF and I can maintain an erection standing.

My routine is the same as it has been in my past threads. I think the fast really loosened up my pelvic floor and gave my CNS time to relax. I am working out less intensely.

As far as PE, it is not something I am willing to give up. Kegelling and ULI’s are the two new things I added when it returned again so those are out. I have extended and stretched straight Out all 5 days and EQ has actually increased.

I’ll keep an update. I think the simple formula is avoiding stimulants such as coffee and drugs, breathing to activate the PNS, not kegelling, RK’s, stretching, foam rolling, etc...

Well it is a week later and I feel I have beaten this again. No kegels or ULI’s but I have been stretching bundled and my penis is back to its normal size of 7x6.

Not sure if my CNS relaxed, my penis healed, my muscles loosened or what, but the break from everything and fasting helped immensely.

Also should add the only troubling thing was no morning wood but that returned this morning. Coincidentally I did some IC training last night before bed. Stretching weakens the IC and I notice when I train it the erections get rock hard.

Can’t believe no one is trying this. I’m about ten days out of my fast and I am now getting morning wood again after training my IC. IC holds and erect reverse kegels.

I have been doing bundled stretches almost every day and am getting slight gains already and my EQ has never been better.

The ic is particularly involved with HF so go carefully.

In what way? Mine was so weak I couldn’t even do an erect reverse kegel after my fast. I think extending weakened mine but after training my EQ is off the charts.

A spasm in the ic is the basic physical cause of hf . I say physical because anxiety is a major factor in hf . Anxiety causes you to tense up

Just checking, you had nothing but water for 10 days? Can you elaborate on your symptoms and especially how you got them?

11 days. Yes and green tea with salt, potassium and magnesium. I have a few threads but it all started with excessive kegelling and a stupid high dose thc edible.

I had it cured but got it back twice, once from kegelling and once again from thc. I now know I can never introduce either ever again and I am fine with that.

Symptoms were no morning wood, a semi hard penis, an hourglass, low erection angle, length and girth loss. I have never totally recovered length. On a great day I was 7.5 but now am 7.25 on a great day. Girth has actually improved but that was always my strength.

I’ve done tons of things to cure this but the water fast was huge. I don’t know if my CNS recovered during my fast, if my tight muscles relaxed, if my anxiety was dealt with, or if my penis just healed.

Can you share where you found this protocol? If it was oriented towards problems of this nature

I feel like you may have had a fungal infection which is common and can often induce the type of symptoms you have (similar to mine). I don't know how many people can safely pull that off though...

What are the symptoms typical of a fungal infection? You think fasting could have gotten rid of it?

Have you been tested and when did you presume this? I have thought the same from some reading but not tested. I am also taking SF722 from Thorne for it, but that was after symptoms disappeared. I have gut and allergy issues I’m trying to resolve.
