Hey guys,
I pulled my penis downward with force 5 months ago and felt a pop sound at the base of my penis. I think i might have injured my suspensory ligament. Since then, my flaccid penis is stiff and only points to the left. Getting erections is also tough. Would anyone have any ideas on what I might have done? Thank you

I moved this to an injury forum. I also changed your title from "penis injury" to "Pulled Downward, Possible Suspensory Ligament Injury"
Also, have you seen a urologist and what were you told if so?

Yes i saw a urologist and he said i have a spider vein on one testicle but the ultrasound didn't show anything else. Could the snap have been the suspensory ligament which can cause ED?

He said the ultrasound didn't show anything, so wouldn't that imply your ligament is not snapped?
In fact, I have a theory for you: it does appear something on the left side was damaged which could explain why that side might have healed just a bit shorter, inducing your penis to point at a different angle.
The doctor already gave you a mostly clean bill of health based on what you said. I think the doctor would have noticed if you had a completely snapped ligament (at least when you were checked).
Have you done anything intense with your penis for the last 5 months or have you been gentle?

Thanks for the concern blink....The slight pain and swelling i feel is at the base and kind of underneath. When you pull downwards, is the only thing you can injure is the suspensory ligament?

I'm sure its possible to injure something besides the suspensory ligaments. How likely is it? Sorry, I just can't say, I am not a penile injury expert (we call those guys urologists!).
That's odd that you haven't healed after 5 months. Are you doing PE right now? Can you think of a reason why you would still have pain and swelling after all this time? How long ago did you see the doctor?

I saw the doctor a few days ago.....I belive that this injury might take another 6 months to heal so i am staying away from PE and masturbating and applying ice to the area. Would you have any other suggestions?

I do think it's smart to err on the side of caution, I just took a week off PE to let an injury heal...
Maybe others have some better ideas than me, let's see if anyone else has a comment.

The weird thing is that whenever i pull my penis to the right side it immediately goes back to the left side. My penis also has a slight curve to it. Would anyone know what kind of damage this could be?
