Likely the grip was way to tight. And not enough lube was used.

I wonder if there have been many structural damages caused by PE, as well as damage to the nerves, especially on the dorsum of the penis.

I would say, not many, if a structured PE routine was followed. Now, there are exceptions. Some Guys are very rough with their penis and probably more than we'll know have actualy done permanent damage to this fragile organ. People with OCD, i.e. Doublelongdaddy, can and do, damage to the nerves.

Cern: Good question. I've spent years looking for the answer. Before I finished the book, I spent at least three weeks straight digging in every whole, to make sure I didn't overlook anyone who had a serious injury.

From what I can recall, using legit testimonials, I found roughly five people who claimed to have injured themselves via PE (long-term). Four of the five were temporary problems lasting a few months at the most, and were due to what JP said: Guys being very rough with dangerous exercises (e.g. erect jelqing/erect bends).

I interviewed the one who claimed to have a permanent injury (lasting a little over a year), and found out that he had serious penis problems prior to PE. He had also been to several doctors since the problem, and had his penis checked in every way possible. They said nothing physically was wrong with him, and it was all most likely psychological.

In any case, the bottom line is that of course you can injure your penis while exercising it, just as you can injure your body while exercising at the gym. But just as similar, if you exercise safely and properly, you shouldn't have any problems.

Thanks for all your responses guys, for a small handful of mods you are very, very helpful.

It's good to know that the vast majority of PE'ers who have injured themselves have recovered in a relatively short period of time.

              You guys rule!

well i was very unlucky because when i was a newbie the matter of size site by dld was the first site i found.... so dld and the matter of size fourm said that training the penis everyday gives the best results, and i was a newbie at the time so i didnt know that was bad, i thought is was good but now i found you guys that train the penis the right way...but i still have my problem and hopeing anyone on here can give me advice...Anyways i was doing there newbie routine for 3 weeks every single day. Then i also added the batemate hardcore stretches ( get in the batemate 100% and pull in all directions for 30sec to get the inner penis out) i did that for one day...Then i notice my erections got weaker, my penis got looser at the base....and not as strong as it used to be...my hardness is gone...i mean it gets up...but is a wiggly erect penis...i have rest for about a month and still its the same...i know i overtrained but it hasnt gotten any better, and i dont know why...can you help me by any chance? did i damage my penis? any advice will help...i dont know what kind of injury it is and im worried if it wont heal? did i do any nerve damage...please help if you can

I think you will have to do some quite strenuous exercises to get nerve damage, so I doubt it.

How often do you masturbate, and do you watch a lot of porn? It is hard to say exactly why you haven't felt better after taking rest for a month. It could be you have bad sleeping, eating or living habits. It would also be great to know what you did to heal during that month.

well during the month break i stoped masturbating completely....but did watch porn berfore my injury to do some excercises to keep me stimulated ...but dont think this is because of porn because its not...this is a physical matter not mental....what about ligament damage??? would that be the cause of it? is that bad? im just trying to figure out why im not healing
