    Well, I'm 23, and I've had the "retracting penis flaccid hardness" problem since the oil spill. Here's my story........

    It happened almost instantly, and without injury. I was masturbating one night, when I noticed something strange. My penis quit being 100% hard and dropped down to about its 60% state. I said, "whatever", finished up, and went to sleep. The next day I realized that my penis was in a very strange state. It was hard when flaccid? WTF? It wouldn't hang like it used to. I thought I was the only one, so I proceeded to take care of the problem myself. I tried exercising, which made it retract even further. I lost weight, nothing.

    I think my problem is tied to excessive masturbation more than anything. I have a girlfriend, but we only see each other on the weekends. During the week, I am extremely horny and I end up masturbating 3-4 times per day. Unhealthy, I know. I don't even know if this is in the correct forum, because I didn't injure my cock. However, it did change that one night as I was masturbating. I've never done any penis exercises, and I've never taken any kind of enlargement supplement. Everything was normal up until that day. I would also like to add that it happened the first weekend off my Klonopin (very addictive anxiety medication that I am still withdrawing from). I've quit masturbating, for what it's worth.

    Well, I went to see a doctor last week for the first time. He prescribed me Cialis (typical). Anyway, it did nothing and the problem persists.... which explains why I'm typing this right now. I'm now searching eBay for ginkgo biloba & omega 3 considering the information I gathered last night at 2:30 AM. Please help, this will not go away on its own, and I have zero faith in doctors. Please help, I beg you.

    I have two things to say to you. Follow them and you will overcome this. I also used to have this issue but solved it by following these steps.

    1) Cut down on masturbation. Simple.

    2) Traction wrap. This is where you stretch your penis out and wrap it with a bandage of some sort to stop it retracting. After a while it 'learns' to maintain this elongated state and doesn't turtle.

      1. I've quit masturbating. Done. I feel like I'm mentally addicted to porn/jerking, but I'm done with it because I'm simply desperate at this point. My fiancee deserves better than my sorry little retracting noodle.

      2. Wait, what? Is there a video tutorial of this somewhere?
      a) what kind of paper? toilet paper? wash cloth?

        The cause is these damb mind drugs....Shit im getting tired of this big pharma bullshit!....These medications are causing hard flaccids i am now convinced of it. And all doctors can do is dance around the issue because they don't know the cause or they wont truthfully address the issue. Hard Flaccid penis is a side effect of mind drugs and mood drugs. Anti anxiety medications. Medications for depression.

        So now one has to decide on treating a mentel illness or not being able to have a normal hanging penis.

          It too much to discuss here. It's all in the thread I linked.

          Personally, I used self adhesive bandage. It will take a few weeks, maybe a couple of months.

            Well, I'm trying that method now with this. Firstly, I don't believe I'm doing it right. Secondly, I'm almost certain that it won't work even if I did. The bandage is simply too big for my tiny little pathetic dick. Should I just squeeze the living daylights of the bandage around my pitiful noodle? I feel like it's just resting in there, and I'm not benefiting in the least. It actually feels smaller and thinner with this bandage around it.

            Sorry if I sound like an asshole, this is the absolute most frustrating physical problem I've ever encountered. Reading these forums of these guys and their floppy 10" dongs and concrete erections doesn't help, either.

              Well, I tried the aggressive route since the first try didn't do anything, and looked down only to see my dick head... purple. Kinda' bluish, actually. I don't squeeze the bandage tight enough and my embarrassing little pecker just dangles inside it, I squeeze it too hard and my head nearly explodes. I'm convinced this won't work. Maybe later, for a different issue, but not for my problem right now

                At this point an aggresive routine wont help you much what you do need is something that will help heal the penis.
                Try 240mg of ginkgo biloba everyday no skipping. A warm hot wrap or rice sock 30 minutes a day no skipping.

                  I'm gonna' take your advice. I don't have much money, so I can't afford the five G's, but I'll go ahead and get Ginkgo off eBay. Thanks. What else? I'm desperate, I will literally do anything to get my penis back to normal.

                  Also, when it's back to normal, I want to increase the size with these exercises I keep hearing about. Which one, if any, would you recommend for that, and when could I start (post-penis heal). Any other information you guys give would be immensely appreciated. Honestly, more than you could possibly imagine.

                      Heat, Heat, and more HEAT. Preferably warm showers, go in with a semi. Giving up the porn was probably absolute best thing you could do next to using heat, I know because porn is what fucked me up. On and off firm flaccid and almost zero morning erections. @KingPole, Possibly, people got this for alot of different reasons. I've personally never taken any medications or drugs and I don't drink, I still got it. It was the porn in my case.

                        How'd you get rid of it? You still got it? How else [other than hot showers] can I add heat to it? Also, will it help heal it in the long run?

                          Never did totally get rid of it. You can take supplements like: arginine, lysine, gingko, zinc and some others to aide it. Once you recover some then you can start out with some light PE, and work from there. The heat seems to work the best though, preferably a shower so the warm water can penetrate deep into the tissues. You can add any type of heat to help it, but it won't be near as effective as the water will. Just watch the hot showers,don't wanna go roasting your nuts as that will make things worse. Good luck with the urologists, they aren't of much help and they will conclude that it is 100% psychological (we all know thats total bullshit)

                            I'm not gonna go see a urologist because I figured that would happen. I ordered some ginkgo & green tea off the web and they should be here within days. I can't wait to recover & start my PE. Which exercises are you on, and which would y'all recommend? Also you say you're positive that porn/jerking was the culprit. How long did you indulge, if you don't mind me asking. For me, I started when I was 13, and I'm 23 now. I did it more than you could imagine, too. At times where I wasn't involved with a girl, I'd beat it 5-6 times per day. I'm still not convinced my klonopin addiction & abrupt stop had nothing to do with it.

                              several times a day you need to put heat on it.

                              take a tube sock with no holes. put 2 cups of dry rice inside. tie off the open end in a knot. heat it up in the microwave for 30-45 seconds. put it on and around your penis. when the heat is gone, GENTLY massage your penis like it was your gf's shoulders for a few minutes.

                              this will help the blood flow and remove any clots that may have formed.

                              once you are back to normal, wait a couple weeks and start the 90 day newbie routine.
