Look, i have neruopathy, nerve damage to the feet they get numb. Ginkgo has help keep this disorder from getting worse. You may also want to investigate the fat soluble vitamin Benfotiamine . http://www.benfotiamine.net

Maybe try things like yoga, deep breathing, exercise, etc. I mean hell it couldn't hurt could it? I'd go through all the stops before giving up on my penis.

Hello thanks for the encouraging words.
However, to me, it doesn't really help anymore and I want to be as honest as possible to warn other people.
PE is working for some people appearantly, but it really cause some serious serious problems to others.
When I first read about PE and the dangers it seemed like something that would only happen if you were doing some advanced exercises, not just newbie routine jelqing and stretching...
Well I was wrong and I have to pay with my life for it. I REALLY hope someone considering PE reads this and realize that I took EVERY precaution.
Warmedup, always did the jelqing in a bathtub ONLY newbie routine, no advanced stretches or anything...
It's not the first hit I've taken in my life, I saw my parents die in a car accident when I was in the same car when I was 15, I have been through a lot of other shit, so I know what it takes to overcome tragedy and suffering, however not even those things can compare to this hopelessness.
As human beings we are evolved through billions of years to procreate and while I can do this, I wont EXPERIENCE it occuring, so every cell in my body feels wrong.
It's like constantly being hungry but having your mouth sewed shut, except ofcourse way worse.
Its the very core identity of you...
I really hope someone reads this and realize "wow, would I risk torture and eventual death for a few cm's longer penis?"
I'm not against PE, but I want people to know the TRUE risks...
A few cm is not worth your life...

I understand how you feel and probably very little of what we tell you will make a difference. I can you this; you should not define your life by your ability to have an orgasm. I am 33 and I can honestly say I can do without sex. I get as horny as hell, but that is not going to define my life and I know that in the coming years it's going to be even less important.
That being said, I can tell you that when I had ED (I hope you read my post about caffeine) I would wank and feel NOTHING. I would just feel my hands rubbing on my penis. I would get depressed as hell, because I thought I was done. I started taking Viagra and I would get huge throbbing erection, but very little sensation. Then I discover PE, and I know this is what caused your problem, but I learned about supplementation and its benefits. I started taking supplements and PEing and got back my sensation. A few weeks ago I stopped taking my supplements and lost some sensation, troubling to a certain degree because I don't want to take supplements my entire life. I started taking my supplements and the sensation is back at 100%.
A few weeks ago I also go the BathMate Pump. This made my sensation go through the roof. After using it, even the slightest touch would give me pleasure, not just on my glands but all over my genitals. Somehow, the pump pumps your nuts and makes them bigger. I felt an urge to pull on my nuts and even that gave me pleasure. I hanged weights from my nuts without planning it, I just had the urge. So that is another alternative. Find other areas of your body that will stimulate you and maybe your body will associate with an orgasm. Also, before the BathMate, stimulating the shaft did nothing for me. Now, I can ejaculate in three minutes just by stimulating just the shaft! I am sure there is still something you can do to get your sensation.

KingPole, Im taking a lot of supplements, most of what has been recommended on the site. I don't know which one is doing what; I just know I feel on top of the world. I make myself a special drink, based on your erection tea:
2 tea bags (1 decaff) in a cup of hot water, decaffeinated coffee, 1 tablespoon of honey, a cinnamon stick, raw ginger slices, and creamer. I have this everyday and it's delicious. I chew on the ginger while sipping the drink- it's the erection tea to the next level.
As far as pills, this is what I take. The first four I think are the most important:
L-Arganine (3,000 mg)
Garlic (5,000 mg)
Green Tea (500 mg)
Tribulus (1,000 mg)
Ginko Biloba (120 gr)
Ginsen (500 gm)
Resvatrol (1,000 mg)
The Following Amino Acids (L-Lysine, Glysine, L-Glutamine)
ZMA
Fish Oil
Goat Weed with Maca
Biotin
Zinc
DHE
Saw PalmettoLast edited by AvoidCaffeine; 11-23-2010 at 09:22 PM.

Thanks for the advice.
Well I cut out caffeine 1 year ago and I'm on protein shake that contains all the fatty acids (that are in fish oil).
Neither of which has helped.
I don't smoke cigarettes either and I'm only 21 years old (this started when I was 20).
I try to understand how nerves can shut 100% down and then start working again by taking some supplements?
Since this happened in a PE session there is no question what so ever that this is PE related and something occured in my penis that night...
I just don't understand quite what, from what I've read the only recoverable nerve damage would have repaired in half a year...
Also I am supposed to feel tingling etc. from the injured area once it heals, never once have I done this =\
I will buy those supplements and give it a few months, that is all my body has left of energy.
I know it may seem thrivial to some people, and one can bring up different arguments like "people who are paralyzed keep on living" etc.
And true, some of them choose to go on with their life and some are probably even happy, MANY are severily depressed and or commit suicide.
And I DO NOT BLAME THEM, life is sacred as you only live it once, true, but when the agony and pain becomes the only experience you call "existence" it's really torture keeping those people alive.
Once again I can't stress enough to new PE'ers how important this "should I PE or not" desicion really is...
I'm not going to argue either for or against, as I'm sure a lot of people have got a lot of joy out of these exercises...
However you could end up with a dead penis, this doesn't seem real to you until it happens..
So if you've suffered temporary numbness from PE or other minor damage I would seriously quit instantly...

hi LostInTorture
your story is quite sad, i really hope everything turns out ok in the end. even your username sounds depressing
i stumbled across a similar guy to you, he's only 19 but prolly feeling exactly like you. You can see his video at
Metacafe - Online Video Entertainment - Free video clips for your enjoyment (don't worry about watching the video, just read the comments, his story is in there).
there are also a lot of bodybuilding websites around which have a few threads on jelqing. they seem to REALLY know their supplements there. one of my friends also is almost finished studying his pharmacy course, and he says these type of supplements are in truth backed up by anecdotal evidence at best, and only have minimal effects. possibly a placebo effect? i would say you should dish out a bit of cash in any case, no harm in trying.

Yeah I know, I researched some of the supps, the gingko is real deal, in the sense that is expands bloodvessels, so I guess this is good for someone with ED, which unfortunately I don't have.. I doubt it'll help nerve damage though...I will try.
Reading his story is very similar to mine, some guy there said "you have another 10 months" which would mean 18 months before permanent damage.
I would love to hear where he came up with that time period, nowhere online does it state such a thing, more like 6months...
The worst part is that the doctors can't even do anything.
I mean _ANYTHING_, I would rather have a brain tumor with 1% chance of living if attempted surgery to remove it, because this is 0%.
There is no medication or surgery, really no information either, they can't do some advanced neurography test to see what nerves are fucked.
