    Turtle problems, you're referring to penis pumping that is? interested...i may have to give it a try.

    i think my estrogen could be high, though i feel like my testosterone is fine, as i wasn't having trouble putting on weight as well. Thanks for the advice. much appreciated.

    this is a question to all:

    who has tried methods of PE, primarily types of stretching (i.e. JP's beginner routine, https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginners-forum/2166-jps-90-day-beginner-routine.html), or penis pumps/extenders to try to combat the hard flaccid?

    Turtle problems mentioned how pumping potentially helped solve his problem, and i recall seeing in another older thread somewhere he that someone used an extender and that helped his hard flaccid go away (though i don't believe he was suffering from it for very long).

    A few other people have said they used some pe exercises, like JPs, and the firmness seemed to let up alot.

    my philosophy thus far has been to just leave my dick alone, and while i have seem some improvement, most of the times i am still a far off from normall. I haven't masturbated/ejaculated in about 17 days, and it is starting to get progressively get more difficult to abstain, and at this point im not sure how important it is that i do so (i know many believe abstaining doesnt help at all).

    so who has tried stretching/exercises/pumps/extenders/other methods? success would possibly indicate some kind of strain in the smooth muscle/ligaments in the penis that just need to be worked out/unknotted.

    i did a very very mild version of JPs beginners exercise, and i actually feel a bit looser, so i am thinking of giving it a few more tries over the next few days.

    Here's my method of recovery, for what it's worth.

    I talked with my chiropractor about the pelvic floor issues. He says that tight psoas, piriformis, quadratus lumborum and gluteus medius muscles can cause the pelvic floor to be in a constant flexed state. I asked him why the pelvic floor relaxes more when I'm laying down, and he said it's because those muscles aren't being used while laying flat.

    So I studied up on these three muscles then went in for a massage. The lady said I had some of the tightest psoas muscles she's seen, and it will take several appointments to release them. Well, I don't have the money for all that massaging, so I memorized what she did and have been doing it at home.

    When I hit the right trigger points on my psoas and piriformis muscles, my penis relaxes INSTANTLY. I think this also explains why I had good success with a TENS unit (before it went and broke on me).

    As of now, I only have hard flaccid when I'm sitting slouched in a chair, or I've been exercising. That's a HUGE improvement over how my penis was, pre-massage. I had hard flaccid about 75% of the time. Now it's about 25%, and it's only been a couple days since the massage. This is good.

    I don't advise you do this without someone to show you where exactly the muscles are located, and how hard to press. Go find a knowledgeable massage therapist, especially if you have lower back and leg pain.

    what type of therapist would I go about seeing for such service? also, wouldnt a pelvic floor therapist be a good idea? also, you notice that after ejeculation, especially several times in just a few days, say once every other day, the firm flaccid gets SO bad. like extremely firm lke a rock. WOuld this have anything to do with these muscles? Because well, whenever I achieve this firm flaccid state, even sitting down won't do anything. whereas when the firm flaccid is not as bad, sitting helps a little bit. (may help to know that the psoas muscle is the one that pulls the legs toward the body, and I used to skate for YEARS and lift the legs like such, as high as freaking possible



    also, on another note, I am beggining to use thackers formula every day. along with dsmo and lugols iodine mixture. Next I will be doing a mixture of the MUCH stronger, nascent iodine and dsmo + magnesium oil. I will begin doing these all three of them once a day, and hopefully over the course of a year, see some improvemnt. These are home remedies for guys with peyroine's disease and some have success at least with the pain of heir erections, some even with their curvature, and visible lessening of scar tissue. Hopefully this will help. On to abstaining as well. for damn ever. will be getting a pump soon as well. Note, these concoctions are LONG term, and do NOT work over night. Some guys had to use them for a solid 6 or more months before seeing any improvement. Do i think this would be worth even a tiny bit of improvment? you bet your asses I would

    Fuck this. I can't do this anymore. I can't go a year abstaining and putting on a bunch of shit everyday for the slight chance I might recover. Fuck this I'm seriously considering tapping out. This is so fucked up. my whole existence has turned into a joke. held off losing my virginity my whole life in pursuit of some kind of spiritual enlightenment only to find out life has no meaning and in the end we all die anyways.

    you realize how damn strong you will be if you do though right? I smoked some herb last night for the first time in so long. I woke up so relaxed and can go at shit with a level head. You have to HAVE to keep on keeping on. I don't care if I cannot fix the firm flaccid. I just want to be able to get my good, pleasurable erections back, thats all. I'm also, starting today, beggining cialis once a day, to help with the zero morning and zero spontaneous erections I get. To help with bloodflow. Also, I am going back to doing ginkgo biloba during the day, and l argnine at night before I go to bed (vitamin c is vital as a catalyst for the absorption of l arginine) Once you realize this is going to take trial and error and is going to be a LONG term fix, then you won't be able to take the thought of it. You must go about a way of finding out how. I personally find xanax to be extremely helpful in keeping a level head as well. Trnaquilizers rock. What you also need is very suportive friends who you can talk to this about. I have a couple. Im even with a girl right now who i connect with on so many levels. I never want to lose her. I think of how I would hurt my family so much if I committed suicide. I would hurt this girl, she would have no one left to genuinely care for her. One thing I noticed was that the less anxiety from xanax, made it so much easier to cope with the firm flaccid condition during the day, due to the fact that I am so much more calm.

    Newbert, we all care about you. Do you realize hoe difficult this is for ALLLLLLL of us. The only way we can regain our lives is by learning to cope with this, and following a strict regimen, a veryyyyy strict regimen, every day, in order to hopefully see improvement. You and I both know that we allllll can live with this as long as we see decent improvment. Fuck the dream size man. You have got enough length to satisfy that woman. You also have incredibly good girth. A girl is going to love you for you. Now, we need to make a plan of attack. But the first step is finding out how in the world, we are going to get you to have a level head. In about two or three years, if I do not see improvement, then yea, I will probably pull the plug. But in the meantime, Im going into this fucking fight swinging. What do you say?

    After trying to work out some of my own trigger points, I feel like i have felt some incredible improvements. Flaccid is still variable, but its been generally on the good side. I still have that rubber tube feeling, bit it is so much softer/dick is more floppy than it was before. I'm about 75% improved. While my erections are still not as frequent as before, my morning wood quality is better than it was (though still off). With stimulation, my erection gets to normal pretty quickly, and actually feels normal now, not too big/stiff. I have masturbated twice within the last 4 days, and it has not seemed to cause any transgressions, which is really a great step forward and realistically the most important thing to me. While my penis would be a little hard after the ejaculation, it would seem to let up shortly after. Deflation of erection is also not 100% normal, but again, not too far off.

    While im not 100%, i've made some huge strides over the past week or so. I don't have fear of ejaculating, and my sex drive is up, because i feel as if i can perform adequately now, despite some lingering discomfort for my flaccid at times. What these improvements have done for my mood/outlook is incredible. Having a positive outlook with all of this stuff undoubtedly helps. But as I said i am still not recovered, and I intend to find a trigger point therapist soon, as i still feel alot of tension around my pelvis/legs that i think can be worked out, and maybe make this thing go away for good.

    another interesting side note, I have smoked marijuana for several years, on and off, and often for the 4 months leading up to the injury. I have decided to quit. Every time I smoke now, i notice the opposite of what alot of people have said here- i feel myself clenching my pelvic muscles way more than normal, as well as a ton of random muscle twitches in the area. It becomes harder for the area to relax, and in turn i become more paranoid, mood goes down, etc, and flaccid quality can worsen. Im not saying anyone should stop, and if it helps you thats great, but i have noticed it is more of a detriment to my condition.

    Really starting to believe in all the hype that this problem is muscular. Just about everyone who has found relief from this has mentioned some time of stretch/therapy that helped them overcome it, often with great results. Once i hit certain trigger points, my condition seems to get better.

    This is an older thread I found. Many of you may not have seen it- but there are multiple posters saying they found good levels of relief.


    Newbert: Have you looked into trigger point therapy at all man? Find a therapist or just look online for now, find points for the psoas, piriformis, quadratus lumborum and gluteus medius (but most importantly the firt two), learn how to massage them and see what it does for you.

    Everyone keeps talking about these 'trigger point massages' well why are there no diagrams or information telling us how to actually try them without a 'therapist' .
