    Okay, so I think I've gathered that kegels might help with this, but I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem...

    After I urinate, no matter how much I shake it or pull, I still get urine that leaks out of my penis when I tuck it back into my underwear.

    I actually started squeezing the urine out from behind my balls into some toilet tissue after I urinate to make sure that I get those last few drops out.

    I'm really hoping that eventually kegels and PE might correct this.

    I've made some progress with gaining strength and control over the PC, but this problem persists and has been a problem for at least a couple years.

    I have no idea what brought it on, but it sucks.

    well, hmm how old are you?

    well at any rate it is akin to wetting the bed and a dieting issue. Not enough fiber in your diet not enough frequency in bowel movements. Increasse dietary fiber. Eat peanut butter sandwiches, the peanut butter will stop the dribbles in time.

    But back to roughage when the lower intestines transit slow it adds presure to the bladder. Evaluate your diet are you getting enough frut and vegtables?


    kegel can help but if your just stating out on kegels you may have tied the BC?PC muscles. Do kegels evdery other day see if that does not imporvde things.

    How is your erection power? are you getting 100% erections. A tired dick is a productive dribbler.

    Your flaccid size, when mine was less than 2" i had al sorts of embaressing dribles. Well agt any rate a good stretching routine would also help with flaccid length if that is an issue.

    I usually take psyllium husks to supplement fiber and I do get some fruit and veggies.

    What do you mean by "tied the BC/PC muscles"?

    My erections are probably about 100% when I'm fully aroused.

    I was think too that as my penis becomes more flexible that might help.

    How strong are your pelvic floor muscles, HR? Are you able to hold back ejaculation when you Kegel?

    Hey HotRod. Do as I do, make sure your pants aren't restricting part of your urethra when you try and pee. When you get done, do a few dry Jelq's and some Helicopter shakes along with a few piss pulls. When you tuck that puppy back in, you won't have those dribbles. Unless of course you are standing at a urnal with a couple guys beside you, they might get mad if you sling piss on them. Hee JP

    Along with JP's recommendation, I would suggest working on those pelvic floor muscles more. I know you love the Kegels . . . so as long as you continue to do them and gradually build up your pelvic floor muscles strength, this alone might fix the problem.
