  • Possible injury?

Ok so about two weeks ago, I had a rather intense session of PE. Soo after (i.e that day) my girlfriend wanted to have sex. Didn't think it'd be an issue so I did. For the first time I went soft while inside of her (albiet after my first ejaculation). Since then I've been rock hard even after the first. I chocked it down to just to much work for my member.

However since then, I have noticed a discomfort (not really pain, but slightly) where my penis comes out of my pelvic area. It seems like a ligament issue(in a totally unprofessional opinion). However, I am a little worried since that the discomfort is also where my main vein is (or around, hard to pinpoint if it IS the vein).

I don't notice it during the day. It is most prominent when I lay on side. Sometimes thinking about it makes me notice it, but even righting about it now sitting up I don't. Having an erection seems to make it go away and I have never felt it while hard.

I decided a break was necessary so am taking at least a break off of PE. I was just wondering if any of you may have had experience with this and can give more advice/idea as to what it is. I have made sure when I shower a lot of warm water hits the area. Anything else?

    Thanks in advance!

Not great with analyzing injuries but it sounds like overtraining. Time off, heat up the area. SHOULD be good to go. Others may know better, but that's usually what you wanna do first.

      Thanks for reply!

That's what I've been doing. I took a few days off after it happened, but it didn't go away completely so hopefully it will with more rest.

Is it starting to feel better?
Getting night time erections or morning wood?

Its hard to say as it only really happens when I lay on side. I wasn't really get morning woods before even during breaks. I'll definitely keep track more since when I wake up I'm usually in "fuck the world" mood to notice. I'd say its much better as a whole since the day it happened.

All you can do is take a good rest and also apply heat as many times as you can every day.Hopefully its something that will only last a few days.Sitting in a hot bath for an hour or taking 2 showers a day helped me a great deal with a minor injury.

              Hi,

Sounds like a mild case of what I had, you don't have to do this, but one thing that actually will help is taking a small amount of cialis to improve blood flow in the area to improve healing/reduce any formation of inner scar tissue before scar tissue settles, this only for a short amount of period. If the injury is serious enough, a low dosage of cialis is more predictable/requires less work, than trying to increase blood flow yourself.

It could be the case: Better safe than sorry.

              My opinion.

I've had a similar problem twice before in the last year. Each time, it was after I did some stupid fast, hard stretching while close to 100% erection. It felt like a pulled muscle at the side of the base. It stayed for about 1 week, then went away each time. I assume that it was a pulled muscle/ligament; and my conclusion is to minimize erect exercises and use all smooth, slow movements.

like np97 says keep heat on it, at least 20 minutes per day.

Thanks for the replies. Definitely put a lot of heat on it (2 showers and multiple jacuzzi sessions lol)

Sounds like what I had breaveheart. Mine could have been caused by ULIing too hard maybe, I don't really do erect stretches.

It has been a week and no real improvement. If I get a many erections during the day the base gets kind of sore. I am pretty sure I woke up with morning wood today. Was too tired to realise it at first.
