  • deep scar tissue / injury

    Hello,

I've posted some pics of my injury.

One of the things I did to injure:
I stimulated the area between the root of the penis and the testicles with an electric dildo. After I did that, the area was "shrunken", or "pulled inwards".
Also testosterone was measured to 9 on a scale where 8-40 is considered "normal"
I've gotten the testosterone up to 15 with ZMA and some other supplements.
(Before the injury I had a nice sex drive with masturbation 2-3 times a day)
The penis has gotten smaller/thinner by the root/base of the penis. I have problems getting the affected area filled with blood. Because the ares is at the root, I got used to tighten the pelvic muscles to keep the penis erect, and I'm having a hard time relaxing those muscles.

Uroligists are mostly useless, some even say it's psychological, and some find some scar tissue, but say that it's not a big deal (which it is).

I'm now taking cialis 5 mg every (other) day to increase blood flow in the genital area, the first photos (taken with a bad camera) is without cialis, and the ones with better quality are taken when I'm on cialis.

I've tried some oils (lavender), but don't have much hope in those
I'm taking some supplements like horny goat weed, tribulus wchich I'm cycling, and plan to have a total of 7 of those supplements, taken once a week each.
I'm currently trying some testosteron gel directly on the affected area, in the hope that it will penetrate skin and repair.
I've purchased the zinger ball ring, but not sure if that helps (Also having problems with it falling off)

Also doing some yoga / stress relief + exercise

    Things I haven't tried:
I'm thinking maybe HG (Growth hormone) gel in the affected area. (Not sure if that's available)
I'm thinking ultrasound therapy in the affected area. (Not sure if that's available)

Do I have peyronies? I do not have a bend, maybe because the scar inside the penis is "centered"?

Do I have hard flaccid? Not sure what that is really.

    thoughts and ideas much appreciated.

Not sure what we are supposed to be looking at here. I do see you've got the much smaller left testicle, I've got the same thing going on and well as low T.

What is the area you are seeing a problem with?

      Hi brukernavn,

Looking at these pics, it's clear that either you have a very unusual anatomy, or there is indeed something wrong. It's as if the root of the penis has vanished into the perineum. How a dildo could have done this I cannot fathom. My initial guess is that something has gone wrong with the bulbocavernosus muscle, which is the area that you stimulated. It may have tensed up completely in some form of tendonitis.

I'm not clear though why you are focusing on your testosterone levels. Your problem seems to be physical, so why mess around with other issues? Ok, you may be at the lower end of the bracket, but that should not stop you from functioning. Plus, one testosterone reading is not enough, it is known to fluctuate widely.

Testosterone patch on the groin? This sounds self-medicated. If you're going to use steroids on your injury, I would go see a doc, and make sure you get ones that are appropriate for the task. My guess is that it would be some kind of cortisone cream.

Growth hormone? I don't quite see the point.

Ultrasound therapy? Not a bad idea, but from what I hear it's still experimental when it comes to the penis, as they still don't know what effect it has on the cavernous bodies.

Peyronies? No, that is a pathology of the sheath of the top half of the penis (from the penoscrotal junction to the glans), the lower half is not sheathed.

Hard-flaccid? That is a kind of partial priapism, which you don't seem to have.

I do have one recommendation for you, that could sort out your problem by itself: hot baths daily. Make them as hot as you can, 1/2 h per day. That will do wonders for any muscle inflammation/tenseness you may have down there. It should make a difference in a matter of days, 2 weeks at the most. Also, complete rest from erections, to give the muscles a chance to repair.

      Keep us informed

        Hi, thanks for answering,

I very much appreciate your comments and your advice on hot baths.
The testo gel was prescribed to me by Ken Purvis (andrologist), mainly because I wanted to try something/anything.

I've had bad luck with doctors/urologists so far, but will keep trying...
