I use to do stretches in every directions but to the left 'cause I have a felt curve and I want to fix it.. But yesterday I did my routine and did a 30 seconds stretch to the left just to give a bit of symmetry to my workout.the point is today I feel a sore at the right side of my base like I have strained my lig.it's not a sharp pain but it kinda burns so to speak.. I m considering to do stretches in every directions since now just to keep the same degree of elasticity in my ligaments and do some extra series to the right to fix my curve.. This is the price to have ignored my right ligament, now I hope it's not a severe injury
