Have you seen a doctor about this. And do you have a numbing pain going down both legs.

That sounds neurological to me (I've had neuro-trauma before, weakness is one of the symptoms).

At least some (if not all) HF issues seem to revolve around neurological injury, usually deep inside the pelvic region. It could stem from pressure or injury to the lumbar and/or sacral spinal nerves (which help form the sciatic nerve, the principle nerve of the leg). However, such pressure or injury usually presents as pain (sciatica). Note that the sciatic nerve (along with femoral, etc) run through the region where ligaments are under stress from manual stretching and jelqing. Hence the constant messages about going slow and light when doing these exercises.

Weakness of the pelvic region is a common complaint among HF sufferers. It is well worth getting checked out by a doctor and most likely a neurologist. If nothing else, then to rule out a slipped or bulging lumbar/sacral disk (which is what I had, very long recovery).

i have been to endos, urologist, hormone specialist , and etc. and still no help. i never did PE, the last time I remember my penis being normal was may of last year. around this time I did masturbate with a condom on to get use to condoms with new g/f. I had the base with a ok grip while masturbating and might injured myself. only time I have had lower body weakness is since dealing with small flaccid and retracted testicles etc. from standing or sitting for to long, it also seems that my penis testicles/penis retract when standing for long time.

I would say its not my legs per se but more of my thighs. wouldnt this be considered as pelvic region

The hamstrings were my main cause of hard flaccid. Fixed with physical therapy.
