I have always had this problem with the foreskin on my penis. I was circumcised when I was little, but it healed weird and now its attached to the head in two spots with a hole in between them. I have been having recurring issues with trying to have sex. basically because I get nervous that women will be turned off by this, the last one that saw my penis, it was the first thing she noticed and said "what is that!?", and started laughing saying it looked deformed. Not a good experience What I want to know is, does it really look that bad?

I've been apprehensive about surgery mainly because I cant really take any time off work any time soon, but thanks for the advice, I do get painful erections occasionally, and cleaning is difficult and painful. It is something I will have to deal with at some point for now I'll just hold off on any dating until I get the issue resolved.

A doctor would be able to give a prescription for steroids cream to stretch the skin,I'm currently using something called Betnovat after my surgery.
Not the same problem, but damn the cream works good.
But a trip to the specialised doctor is the best advise IMHO.Start 29 july 2011:
5 BPEL
5.9 EG
Now:
6.65 BPEL
6.1 EG
*I had bad EQ when I measured ,so I think that the real gaining in length is slightly over 1. inch.
Goal: 7 BPEL august 2013.
My grammar is bad since English isn't my first language.
