    I'll give a quick rundown of my p.e. history before I relate it to this injury. I have done p.e. sporadically for maybe 6 months now but this consisted at first of edging sessions and light stretches. On coming to this site I was amazed (as conventional wisdom states otherwise) that I might be able to enhance the length and girth of my penis through exercises and I can't deny that I tried jelqs and uli squeezes against all advice out of genuine curiosity. I realise this is stupid but I was interested and excited to see the potential of these exercises. In the last month I have picked up my routine (hard to call a real routine, more like edging, some jelqing) buying an ebay cheap penis extender.

    So far everything had been going well. P.I.'s were generally positive. Never any pain, some turtling but overall some slow gains.

    2 days ago now I was on the net and felt a bt horny and put my hands in my pants, slowly got an erection and edged a bit, then jelqed a bit, edged a bit then jelqed. (Please do not lecture me on the importance of warming up here although the best methods for warming up would be helpful) As I let go of my penis I noticed I had a loss of sensation. I don't know whether this was immediate or slower in onset but definite. A numbness and foreign feeling which I have seen described a few times in this forum.

    So i bricked it. Wondered wtf I had done and immediately got in the shower. Many people have described similar experiences and some pretty horrible results. My penis did not immediately go cold or even particularly hard in flaccid state but reading posts on the forum I made sure not to try and test it too much.

    So I'm 2 days on from the injury and really wondering where to go from here. I don't think I have made this irreparable but I have made sure to leave myself alone since. Yesterday I put on some porn (it's very hard not to want to gauge the extent of the problem) and got an erection with relative sensitivity but I didn't try to push that at all and quickly turned off. I would say that today on giving my head a little tickle I would have regained most of the sensitivity but I think I have been hanging a bit smaller tighter than usual.

    What would the verdict here be from anyone? I've seen a few similar injuries followed up with good results and even people returning to do p.e. but then again I've seen some stories that I'm sure haunt most of your nightmares about complete loss of sensitivity and EQ.

    My main worry is obviously loss of sensation and that dislocated feeling which is obviously a very negative P.I. HF is a confusing state and I'm not sure I have been HF for most of my life or maybe if I might have caused it here. I have suffered from premature ejaculation throughout my sexual life and have also had quite a thin penis, hence the desire for girth work. What I'm trying to say is my penis seemed quite consistant with certain HF cases BEFORE this injury. Basically the only seriously noticable P.I. was the numbness, I wouldnt say my penis has reverted to a particularly firm state in flaccid.

    I'm getting confused now as to waht I'm saying but any help would be great. Would you say that this is a muscular or nerval injury? What is the best way to recover from this and can particularly anyone who has gone through a similar experience would be great. Links to any discussions you can remember (even the bad ones) and recommendation for supplements I could take. Should anyone ever attempt p.e. again after this? Just to mock me the order I made last week for prosolution pills and a jeslite extender turned up today. I certainly shant be using these too soon. I would also not expect to try and jelq again. If I was to use an extender and pills in say a months time what would be peoples thoughts on this?

    How about leaving it completely alone for two weeks to let whatever it was that you've done the proper time to heal.

      Completely alone as in not even heat or supplements? I'm asking questions here to get a better understanding of my injury, rest is the only concrete fact I already know.

        By supplements I don't mean prosolution but maybe magnesium or genkgo?

          How could anyone know the extent of your injury without a physical exam. Words can only tell a person so much. The fact is that injuries heal best with rest. Yes a warm compress will help as well but rest has always been the best cure. When I mean rest I really do mean rest. Very often a member will consider rest as playing with it a bit, trying to edge a bit, trying to force an erection. That is not rest. Rest means leave it alone. If you had a broken arm and you took it out of the cast every three days to test it do you think the bone would ever heal? Not likely! As for supplements you can take whatever you want but rest and rest alone will give you the best result.

            I appreciate you giving up your time cusp but I haven't asked for a specific verdict. People on here may be able to relate to certain symptoms I have detailed and in turn help me or help others. I will of course rest completely but am hoping for insight during my recovery.

              Ok then I figured I'd update and hopefully I can get a bit of constructive advice or at least calm some potential fears. I rested completely for just under 2 weeks but had to jerk off after about 12 days as my balls were enveloping my member. As far as I can tell sensation was fine but it's very hard to compare with something you'd taken for granted all your life. If anything, with stimulation, EQ was higher than before this injury and I was pointing up in the air when I've always been straight out, 9 o'clock. These are the positives, obviously a working member is top priority.

              There have been some negatives however. For the first week in particular I was having crazy convulsions along the pelvic floor. After taking a crap particularly for some reason I would kegel uncontrollably and this caused some real discomfort. I've always had problems with serious PE and would love to work out how to really relax my pelvic floor as I think I may have ongoing issues there, so any pelvic floor exercises which could help me locate/separate those muscles would e most helpful, I've realised i'm practically unable to kegel without using the muscles in my ass and actually find alot of the kegel routines confusing as locating the seperate muscles seems impossible for me. Anything without a finger going up my batty would e greatly appreciated!!
              As far as hard flaccid goes it's hard to tell. I'm definitely generally smaller when flaccid but not neccessarily "hard" all the time but moreso generally than before. I can get an erection pretty well ok but as the blood leaves my dick sort of hooks over and stays hard instead of returning to a flaccid state normally.
              I don't really know what I want from a reply (tell me it's fine and I'll havea 12" dong by xmas wouldn't be bad) but anything constructive would be most helpful. This is mainly for the guys who post on here in a panic and could do with something to sedate their fears, I could have used it when trawling all the old messages.

              Is nerve damage possible for half a day? Could this have been caused by the extender? Or most likely the jelqing? I'd love to go ack to the extender, especially because the dvd makes it seem so safe but im understandably wary. Could I have been hard flaccid before this happened and I've just aggravated it? I'm asking questions I'm pretty sure noody will e ale to answer but the prolem is, neither can I! I haven't been to a uro or my GP because they sound pretty incompetent (another guy from the UK, going to King's College Hospital in London just got prescribed cialis which hardly seems the best treatment). Ah this is a load of bollocks but I may as well post now.

                Wow dude...you have a lot of information on here but nothing directly towards your suspected injury. I injured mine two weeks ago and was really tripping out. I think mine was strained ligs. I over trained and it happened when i was taking one of my daily trips to the "john". I was edging for 5 minutes 7-10 times a day. Plus was using my extender and doing manual PE. I over-trained! I have taken 2 weeks off and think it would be best to take 1 more off. After i over stretched it immediately turtled up, I was high after smoking a bowl and was freaking the fuck out. I tried for an hour just to get a semi and think i injured even more. Talk about a basket case. I was worried so much it started messing with my mind so much that couldn't take a shit for 8 days. Well needless to say its starting to get better but still not cured yet. So my advise to you is BE CAREFUL with your extender and don't over-train!
                So I have been at for a while and need to post results since I started.
