    I am 22 years old and have been masturbating to internet porn daily for 5 years. During the past 6 months i have tried to stop this habit as i believe it was negatively affecting my life. i have found this to be extremely difficult. I have decided that quitting this addiction to porn/masturbation is my only solution. My penis currently is about 2-3inch flacid and 4.5-5 depending on eq not sure about girth, but that is part of my problem. while masturbating to internet porn i was always sittting in a chair 95% of the time and this caused me to actually change the shape of my penis. it has become "CONE" shaped much thicker at the base then at the head. i believe this is from frequent maturbation sessions with poor eq but "force" cumming. i usually masturbated once a day sometimes twice, always used internet porn sometimes used lube always used my left hand. My recent experiences with real girls have been less than satisfying with a few penile mishaps. i had a chance to fuck a girl who was an easy 10/10, my hottest hookup eve,r and not once, not twice, but three times i couldnt get a full on erection with her. i only came 1 time and couldnt even get it up at all twice! Well now i am getting up everyday at 9 am doing some cardio and stretching then PE. I plan to dedicate the two hours i wud have normally been sleeping into physically working my body. My BIGGEST ? is what do you guys think i should do for PE i am looking at 5-6 days a week with 10 min rice sock 10 min stretch/heli swings 5 min jelq 15 min bathmate (alrdy have) kegels while in bathmate? i will be supplementing with arginine, green tea, garlic, genseng, ginger, ginko, goat weed, tribulus, multi, fish oil, cla. My penis feels thinner towards the head than the base. It feels "tight" like if a hamstring was tight. I am ready to be commited to a regular routine. I am ready for a lifestyle change. I am ready to for advice on how to do so. I pretty much layed it all on the line. I am a regular gym goer already and i used to weigh 295 lbs and now i am under 220 lbs. I did this over the past 4 years and have gotten better results every year. I plan to drop down another 20-30 lbs by the 4th of July. My routine includes 3-4 days of cardio and 4-5 days of lifting. The only medication i take is adderal which i believe does affect my EQ negatively. Please any helpful advise would be greatly appreciated. I need to get my life back!

    I forgot to say, my main goal is to improve EQ and frequency of erections, my sencondary goal is to increase size
