I think I have pretty much the same thing, probably caused by pumping too hard. I went to a doctor/surgeon about it and he said something along the lines of that it's a harmless cyst or lymph. Mine is just one small hard lump/bump under the glans and it doesn't move around with the skin on the penis. The doctor said, since it's harmless there's no reason to surgically remove it unless I really want to or if it grows. He didn't think there was a way to make it go away quicker.

Yours that sounds like lymphocele, there's plenty of info (if its not a cyst) on the forum about it try hot wrap and massage it it should go away in few days .

I've had it for about 6 months now though. There doesn't seem to be much that is working.

I'm bumping this because I hate when I find interesting threads and people just don't update and we're left in the middle of the story.
I actually had (for ages) swollen lymph nodes in my groin, they were so swollen and hard that I assumed it was just a normal part of the hamstrings , clenching on the bones or whatever ..
I tried massaging these just earlier, as I came on this thread and reread imac advice, well I could actually empty them! It is refilling lightly at the moment, but after more than two years it is to be expected...
I hope now I can get rid of the lymp fluid (if it is lymph fluid) in my shaft. I had grainy feelin, a small bump and one tougher parts in the tunica and thought it was just a consequence of PE (ribs and so on), well I managed to massage the bump away, so I believe all of these grainy stuffy is lymph fluid I accumulated overtime. No wonder I didn't gain anything...
As for this vessel, it is either a thrombosed artery or a stiff lymph vessel, more likely an artery, as it has a heart beat, and there are no beads/pearls (of lymph fluid) within this vessel. Definitely not a vein since it is colourless.
It is almost completely gone after a week of rest and the use of essential oils, when I previously had tried a month off to no avail.

I was wondering just if these inched ball in my groin were normal..and my shaft on both left and right is rigid and has like 2 rigid chords on both sides so ithink my situation maybe is similar to yours of a bit ago popol5169
Did you just massaged the nodes and the shaft? Which oils did you use?

I don't think the oils are very useful for the lymph fluid, check out how to drain lymph on google. Basically it's a good idea to apply heat on your groin and then gently massage the nodes, (direction : away from the pubic area, following the line of your groin) , starting from the ones further up the groin. They will empty and probably refill a few times, just keep going. When they're gone you can apply the same principle on the shaft (so gently massage toward the base).
I'll state again that I'm not a doctor. You should talk to your doctor about this.

What about this rigid stuff in your shaft? Any scar tissue? Do you have a heart beat in the cords , any clots or pearls?

It seems I just discovered one real swollen lymph node (may have appeared because of the too heavy massage I did the last few days), what I cleared and noticed a few days ago in my groin were swollen/clogged lymph vessels.
Swollen lymph nodes feels like kidney beans or peas .
You can't massage these, just leave them be!
The massage helps clearing the vessels if they're clogged !

Mmm i am starting today with massages and heat through sock and rice. I don't feel hearthbeat in the rigid chords so maybe is just a lymph nodes problem. When the shaft is flaccid i feel it rigid, than i massage it a bit and it comes more flaccid but these chords keep it always a bit rigid. Does it happen to you too? And as it happens to you when i have erections it comes too hard really..
I went to a doctor and made him see and touch the rigid chords and the lymphnodes, he said lymphonodes were inched but said nothing about the chords.
Did your groin heal completely with massage and heat?
