A little Pain

I was Jelqing, and I got in about 100 Jelqs; and then I ejaculated and then I continued to do some more Jelqing to idk, but when I was doing it I felt a little sharp pain at the left side of the base right above the scrotum, but it was not intense for like a couple seconds and then it went away. After that In my lower abominal area, and somewhere in my leg i feel this feeling, idk how to describe it. I went to pee and I peed a bit and then I stopped but it felt like I still had more to pee, so i waited and a tiny bit came out. This has happened to me before I started jelqing, but before the pain used to be alot more in my lower abdominal area. Is this a strain ?

So I waited a couple days, I have like a little feeling to the left upper right area in the groin region, i can feel it sometimes when I walk around;
