    Hi Fellow PE-ers,

    Just finished the JP-90 Regime, i've seen a small increase in size but an amazing increase in EQ over the 3 months.
    Over the weekend i created myself a hanger (Piet's versions of the AFB incase you were wondering) and of course tested it out.
    I am uncut and therefore have to add a little extra tightness to prevent slippage, now during my sets (started to hang at 5.5-6 pounds, 3 sets at the BTC angle) for 20 minutes with 10 minutes focused on restoring circulation. i felt an intense skin pull at the base, this area is still currently very sore but i heard that initial skin stretching is perfectly normal before it targets the ligaments.

    HOWEVER MY LIBIDO HAS PLUMMETED AS HAS MY EQ!! Which is the scariest thing. Could someone please recommend any suggestions as to what i could do to improve this as i really need it to be working by this weekend.

    If you are to close to the glans while hanging you may have put too much pressure on the nerves at the end of your dorsal area. Nothing will help except to stop hanging until all feeling is normal, should be completely fine in 3 days to a week.

      Yeah that could be the reason as it does sometimes slip forward near enough to my glans, should i increase the padding and attach it practically just above the base so that if it inevitably does slip it would be in a good position?

        You need to elaborate on symptoms. Whole penis? Just glans/CS? Just hard to achieve erection, or maintain?

          More to do with the base of the penis, it feels almost as if there is some numbness and loss of feeling. I think i've damaged the dorsal nerves as i put the hanger on so that it stresses the front/back instead of the sides of the penis. I can still get an erection but it requires more effort than usual and it doesn't feel as strong as usual (numbness may be a factor) but today i've tested it out and i've practically managed to get a full erection with the help of porn but again it has taken more time than it would usually. Does this mean that i'm able to start hanging again next week? (obviously correcting the mistakes i've made that led to this issue)

            its probably because u damaged the nerve as stated before...also kegals and edging have really helped me achieve fuller harder erections and as a result increased my sex drive. Hope this helped

              Also u shouldnt hang again until feeling comes back and soreness (if any) goes away.
