About a week ago I noticed a small spot ( a little bigger and darker than the red ones) on my glan. I've been busy so I haven't been able to PE for the past week and did a routine this morning and when I was done noticed the spot was bigger and darker. Looks like a bruise but there is no pain or anything like that. Also no other negative PI. Should I take some time off to heal? Wasn't sure since there is no pain or anything.

Probably a broken blood vessel. It shouldn't cause any long term issues, but I would take some time off to let it heal. When you start back go lighter for the first week or so.
