  • what kind of injury do i have?

    Ok I don't remember exactly what caused this injury. I was doing flaccid stretches in the shower while warming up, thn my workout of squeezes at the base and supra slammers. I remember squeezing and or pulling or bending at the base and felt a quick sharp pain that went away right away . My erection remained the same and didn't feel any more pain after tht. I finally started noticing I had firm flaccid and couple days later and I also notice like a half ring vein(not a vein though, I think?)on the left side of my base. No pain, I could only notice it really when half erect or fully. Actually very rarely I feel a dull pain where the base is, but it goes away very quickly. I just wanna identify what kinda injury this is ,and how serious? I get morning woods but they are not really strong and I have firm flaccid its not hard flaccid. Thanks

    Doesn't really matter what kind of injury you have does it. You injured yourself doing "something". Best to let it rest for a few weeks to heal don't you think?

      Ya I'm gonna quit pe, try to abstain from sex as well. I will update if I get better, I think this injury will take awhile to heal. Just hope it isn't permanent.

          Thanks, yeah I heard the hf might b hard to get rid of even after I'm fully healed. I might try the 7 day fast in a Coupla weeks too

            Why fast? Are you fat? I hear a guy on here is doing a water fast. If he lives ask him how he did when it's over.

              Instead of fasting just eat fruit and veggies for the week.It will give you body a break for all the process foods and give it time to get rid of toxins in the body.

                  hahahaha that's me man I said forget the fast, I am only 155 or so pounds and don't feel like losing more. I consider myself smaller than I would like to be anyways.. However it does seem that a two week fast would definitely help to repair the scar tissue. I don't like the thought of losing weight once I realized id lose 10-20lbs. I can keep my penis in the state its in for now. I like my food
                  No porn period as of 3/13/15 had a minor relapse after 6 months+

                    Anyone think there might there be a chance theres nerve damage? I'm thinkin of goin to the doctor to make sure just in case ,so I get it treated asap, thanks again I'm just tryna gather any of ur info or experiences ,,so it can help me identify if its a vein, muscular ,tissue, ligaments, nerves , membranes.

                      Nerve damage? Why does everyone go from a hard flaccid to nerve damage to a venous leak? Man you got a lot to learn about the body.

                        Lol I'm tryn to learn man, its just such a shock when you injure your penis. It's like what I look forward to everyday hahaha only time will tell

                            I was 80-90% erect ,I'm thinking the tunica over stretched and sprained ,maybe that what the ring is scar tissue ,,but I've always seen it before and no probs but now its stands out a bit more when erect, but no pain maybe occasional discomfort like soreness

                              There seems a spate of guys exercising at high erection % without the condition required. This should settle down.
