How hard is a hard flaccid

This weekend I started to worry/think about the HF issue.

I can’t really get and crystal clear picture of it so I ask In the most simple way; Does HF mean size/shape/state of a flaccid penis but it is hard like and erection?
(E.I. same length and girth as normal flaccid but hard as an semi decent erection)


Can you do a 90 degree bend on a hard flaccid? 180 degree?

not all the time, sometimes it can go away when sitting or laying and reoccur moments after you stand up
get trigger point therapy and when they get rid of the trigger points (simply by pressing on them) the hf will be gone!

I have tried trigger point therapy and dry needling to which i got no recovery but many others have.
