Hi. I was being really stupid the other day and Dry jelqed my fully erect penis without warming it up first either. I didn't do it too hard but I did like 10 strokes. Ever since then my erections are not very firm, I am having a hard time getting erections even when my girl touches me and they do not last for long. This has been going on for about 6 days now. So I have stopped jelqing and masturbating completely. I am still having sex. However I feel like I have 80 yr old man ED. Very embarassing and I am scared I have done permanent damage. Has anyone ever dry jelqed a fully erect penis before and experienced this?

I don't know. This is a serious question. I am afraid I hurt myself and looking for advice. I seriously don't know what I did wrong. I am just looking to see if anyone else has injured themselves like this. I don't know how the penis works, so I don't know if I have done permanent damage to it.

hate to revisit this dead thread but the above poster had the same issue I have and I would hope he'd come back to let us know if he recovered. I didn't do it dry though I did it wet but with an erect penis. And I probably did less than 2 minutes worth. This was on 12/22. I didnt think nothing of it, nothing hurt or anything. Christmas Eve I tried to masturbate with no luck and finally gave up. I thought it was just the 2 glasses of wine I had. A few days later I tried masturbating again, and I could barely get hard and couldn't cum for the life of me and after 10 minutes I went soft and couldnt get it back up. That was 12/26. Since then I have not had morning wood, spontaneous erections or anything. You should have healed by now ,the normal advice is to rest, no pe etc. However given the time elapased medical advice is warranted, of course it could be a mind thing but better safe.

thats what I'm worried about a little. It's been a week since I've tried to masturbate. I'm going to give it the full month though and let it fully recover. Been taking a mens multi-vitamin, applying a heat wrap, and doing a little massaging of the area.

Different people take a different amount of time to heal. You mustn't rush nature or be too worried if it hasn't healed by X number of weeks. I would even give it up to 2 months before starting to think about consulting a professional. It's not like your dick will fall off if you don't get to them ASAP.

But what if you actually needed it and you waited 2 months w/out an erection? If you just went in sooner you could have gotten it taken care of. I have no idea what the problem is, but I would go see a doc. The PE may not be what is causing your ED, it could be a symptom of something much worse, that just out of coincidence showed up the same time you started PE. Are you on any medication?

You likely gripped to hard this will take time to heal. this is why i stress safty first. Use a light grip for the first 3 months of PE.

Take two aspirin per day. To much aspirin will cause ED so just two per day. You can also go to the health food store and buy a bottle of ginger root take according to direction.
