Hey All,

I've read the article on PIs many times and I've been experiencing negative PIs for about a month now but i'm not sure why. I've been increasing my volume of jelqs slowly for the past few months and towards the end of october I started noticing some negative PIs.
Are there any causes leading to negative PIs that I'm not noticing?
Perhaps masturbating too much? Or anything else? Its frustrating to not know whats going wrong.
