    Hi guys im a novice in need of all the advices i can get. Im currently going through one of those moments when youre desperate to see gains and youre jusy not seeing it so you become demotivated and unbelieving. Anyways I wonder if im jelqing correctly... some tell me to jelq slow and light, some say slow and hard. Im confused... if i grip hard i feel like the base of my penis is shrinking (the girth isshrinking) by every jelq i do. And sometimes it does seem to shrink during the PE session...and then its the warming down session where my dick seems slightly bigger for five seconds and then shrinks like hell... i edge for twenty minutes and i dont seem to get much difference down there. What should you expect right after your PE workout session. I mean should you be expecting a temporarily increased erect size straight after? Because minestays the same.

    Quite the opposite; I have a better flaccid hang on my rest days. How long have you been PEing and in what ways have you increased the intensity along the way so far?

      Shrinkage and/or turtling can be a sign of over-training, I'm an advocate for light to moderate grip and intensity.

      Try to ease down the workload, intensity and grip strength.

        This is officially my third week andunofficially its been several months... about four months? Anyways three weeks ago i started out with ten minutes warm up, five minute kegels, 10mins jelq and warm down, last week i added 20 minutes edging and this week i increased the jelqing length by 5 minutes. I go day on and day off day on and day off. Is this too much after leys just put it yhree to four months of PE?

          Unofficial doesn't count. You're only3 weeks into it so be consistent, be patient, and give it time, like say 6 months officailly.

              Okay guys so i almost jacked off out of depression but i regained my sanity and im going to go down to ten minutes jelqing again since today was my rest day and usually i would have a bigger dong during these rest days but i didnt see that so it still seems to be unconditioned enough thanks guys please stay with me as I reach my goals. Afterall Pegym is my main motivator to continue

                Sounds to me that you want to ease back there buddy .........not just with the jelqing but your mindset going into PE......This whole gig is only as enjoyable as we make it. All in all it has to be enjoyable or otherwise how on earth can we continue on month after month with the program. You will hear the term "less is more" over and over on these threads. Could be the best advice given to anybody involved in PE. For you, less stressing and more relaxation before, during and after your PE sessions. Give it a try and see how it works.

                    Listen,,,,,first off "Hi"....and welcome to the gym.

                    Patience is not something we can give you. You have to supply it on your own. If you want gains,,,,,then TAKE IT EASY and follow the beginners course. If you just want a quick gain without the work, then you should make a paper mache dick and tape it on- you can do that right now, but you'd only be fooling yourself.

                    I recommend you start off just as the beginners course tells you to. After you familiarize yourself with PE and it's "ways" then you can customize the workout to fit you and your needs. Everyone here including myself, has spent countless hours working on our shafts. We are all willing to share our results and methods with you, but you have to follow procedure. You will not regret doing things according to plan, believe me. Do lots of reading/researching here and be patient. :-) Good luck of course.

                      No one can tell you exactly what to do. Everyone is different and every cock is different. The beginner workout is awesome and a lot of folks that are not beginners still use it. What YOU have to figure out is what works for you. Some people need more rest days, some people need to do 2 on 1 off instead of the 5 on 2 off. Hell you might need 2 on 2 off. I usually see better hang on my second rest day. My Friday work out is really intens, tighter slower jelqs, longer stretches and a ton of kegels. Listen to your body and it will tell you what to do, if your tired don't workout, is your cock sore from another workout take a couple of days off.

                      Do not measure for 90 days, make sure your routine fits you and don't stress it for 90 days. After that time see where you're at and go from there.

                      Remember rest days are as important as work days.

                        Sounds to me like your dick is going down cos youre slowly losing your arousal and erection.

                        If you dont have an issue with porn (or you wanna channel your issue), try loading up some awesome porn and using that to keep you at 80%. I use tricks like starting with the uninteresting part of the porn, turning off sound and/or pausing to keep it below 100%.

                        It also helps motivate me to workout as its the only time i look at it.

                        Keeping the e/l just right seems to be pretty key and will slow you down if you arent maintaining it.
