    I don't masturbate that often at all. SO masturbating during the healing and beginner periods can interrupt or prevent healing and gaining? What about sex?
    I'm surprised that a lot of people didn't post about this minor injury, it seems like it would be very common.
    Yah, your right I should lose jelqing for the first stage...... I want to go the "Length First" route anyway...Oh and I've read you should only do kegels every other day, but it seems a lot of people don't follow that rule.

    Can someone answer why the fuck this happened right when I was feeling hung and about to make real gains, as well as why???randomly cumming a little bit in your sleep would cause this ???

    It can cause negative conditioning if you're anxious and it depletes your libido when done to excess.

    Kegels and the jelq are the most abused exercises. The PC is a muscle that can be easily overtrained- especially if you're prone to doing kegels throughout the day AND you use maximal contractions.

    Why do you equate that with an "injury"? Is it possible that you're overreacting to this issue and that said overreaction is helping to make things worse?

    Don\'t be so self-critical. It\'s normal to expect some stimulation from jelqs, and a high- erection jelq is actually a great way to gain girth (though it\'s a very advanced method).
