Thread: Much better now
- 12-17-2013 #1
Two days ago, I had a minor injury and now it's much better. It's a vein that had swollen due to a very firm grip while doing the 4 finger squeeze. I now know how to prevent it from happening again:
1- Warm up thoroughly, for at least 15 mins. Don't be distracted while warming up and focus on all the areas you are warming up so you don't miss a spot.
2- The order in which you do your exercises must be maintained. If you do stretches first, then by no means should you ever save them for the end. Your penis is used to the method you've been applying to it and doing something completely different can traumatise it for it's not ready to sustain that pressure.
3- Make sure you are not pinching your skin while doing squeezes. If you feel some skin trapped between your fingers, stop and try to grab correctly.
4- Don't use too much pressure. I had some fast gains and I was eager to get some more. You will gain by applying enough pressure, not too much pressure.
I will resume my PE again tomorrow and will go back to the last routine that worked. I will however ease into it. I don't want this vein popping out again. It hasn't completely shrunken to normal size yet so I might rest tomorrow as well if it's still there.

Oddly I saved my stretches for after my jelq session, after again reading a thread which makes me doubts my methods.....
Now my mind has been changed again, probably my penis is used to pre stretches...luckily nothing bad happened6.7" length/ 7.1" BP
5.1" girth ( 28/06/2013)
7.0" length/7.3" BP
5.3" girth (08/01/2014)
7.3" length/7.5" BP
5.3 girth (08/04/2014)
Goal 7.5/6

Good to hear you're doing better Kirkoloft.
Make sure you're fully healed before resuming, as you do not want to just repeat your injury. The exercises will be there, better safe than sorry.
Number 4 seems to be a common factor for injuries.

I did feel some pain and I will err on the side of caution this time and give my self a couple of more days to heal completely. Is there anything I can do in the meanwhile to help maintain my gains and my conditioning? I do 30 mins of edging everyday. Do you think I should stop that as well?

I'm not saying that it's not doable. All I mean is the transition needs to be slow and well planned. You can't change the order with the same intensity and expect gains. Especially if you have managed to increase the intensity over time. The transition will also need time.

I hear ya, I read far to many threads in this place...which contradict my methods, doing so purely to prevent injury to my prized possession
I'll keep to my routine, and gradually swap my pre stretches to post...over a few months
On another website I found whilst researching something relative to P.E, I found an exercise that I can't find on PEGYM...its sort of similar to a V jelq...Its called the X-Spot massage
I'll P.M you the website if your interested .6.7" length/ 7.1" BP

My opinion, I would stop. If the swollen vein was from over expansion, engorging your unit might be adding to the issue. Your gains and conditioning won't disappear that fast. Guys take 1, 2, even 4 week breaks. Most say it is actually beneficial, and some have even gained during the break from fully allowing the healing.
Either way, conditioning and gains won't matter much if a serious injury takes you out of the game completely. Again, better safe than sorry. If you absolutely must do something PE related, use a warm wrap, and just do some very light stretches and massaging (not that kind, lol). That will help keep the blood flow encouraged, and possibly help healing.

This is my fourth day of resting. The problem has resolved itself and I'm so fucking horny. What struck me was that by not doing anything, I got my 5.1" flaccid hang back and it looks so fat and heavy. Who would have thought not doing anything would be so beneficial and experiencing an injury so salutary? nice!
