So I just finished my routine for the day and I notice that after edging and then warming down my flaccid dick felt a bit painful/sore when I pulled back the foreskin. It felt like a fairly sharp pain just under my glans when I pulled back my foreskin. I haven't gone overboard with intensity or anything, I have even made the JP90 less intense by taking out/reducing some exercises. I didn't jelq too hard as far as I can tell. I also edged for about half an hour without cumming and then warmed down. Does this sound like an issue that I should be worried about or is it fairly common after a workout. I have to say I have no pain now..
I have turtled as well but thats a separate ongoing issue that reappears every now and then and I treat it as a neutral PI now as nothing I seem to do helps this.Original start - 15th May '13 - July (stopped)

I posted this earlier today in response to another member with a history similar to yours:
My advice- so much of your PE history has resulted in negative responses that perhaps you should dedicate a portion of time to strengthening your penis so that you aren't affected by enlargement routines in the way that you are.
Once you stop having turtling problems, you can go back into PE SLOWLY, and with an eye towards ensuring that you're constantly improving EQ as well as size.Want One FREE Month of Coaching? PM or email me for details- or CLICK HERE

My only worry is that I don't want to stop PE as would feel as though I have wasted time. It sounds stupid but it would significantly effect my motivation, especially if I saw no improvement of the strength in my penis. I have also been doing edging, which I would have thought would improve my strength.
I also just don't know whether what I'm doing is effective and perhaps the signs that are being shown from my work out are just not blindingly obviously positive. Its real hard for me to stop PE, I just want to feel like I'm getting closer to my goals, not in some limbo of some sort. I don't know it sounds stupid but I don't feel like anything I can do will improve it and PE is going okay so far other than things such as turtling/the occasional soreness after workouts.
You do know better I am sure, so I will follow your advice, its just difficult and I don't know what to expect in terms of improvement of strength in penis, how long it will take to improve and whether or not what I'm doing now is in fact okay and should continue.
I will follow your advice, thank you I just really am gonna find its hard, strangely, to take PE out of my routine for a while.
For me its just hard to kick routines I guess, especially when something is giving me security in knowing I might be improving myself. Although I totally understand that I should probably stop PE for a while in order to perhaps prevent harming myself. It's hard, I sound stupid but its complex for me.Last edited by blackscale; 12-18-2013 at 04:48 PM.

From what can be read of your posts, your routines are giving you a false sense of security and are doing you more harm than good. Even more important that the "how" of your training is the "why" behind it.
Your approach is much more common than you think- especially as regards the jelq exercise. So many trainees have convinced themselves that the jelq must be done, or a program is worthless.
Let's approach this from a different POV- what have you gotten so far from your training? The posts in your history show a long list of turtling, injuries, and generally negative experiences. You train to improve your penis- not to cause you physical harm and mental distress. Ironically, the thing that needs to change most is your mindset.
Escaping the negative mindset is the mist difficult part of many trainees' problems, and it's one that keeps them in an unproductive and even self-destructive loop.
If you approach the concept of PE as if you're preparing for war or because you feel self-loathing, then it's not going to be something that you're going to be able to do in a relaxed, objective manner. The positive mindset is [ironically] the most conducive mindset towards making gains. There are some brute force methods for working around these issues but those approaches often cause more problems than the solve, so we won't go into that right now.
Take it day by day, and do your best to not obsess over the state of your penis. When you're not training, don't focus on your EQ, obsess on negative fantasies, and (above all) do NOT masturbate to "test" your potency.Want One FREE Month of Coaching? PM or email me for details- or CLICK HERE

You're welcome
The length of the process will depend on what your specific issues are. Physically, if you're healthy then 2-3 weeks should be enough for you to increase your stamina by several notches. If the problem is more between your ears then you might need to concentrate for a bit longer on eliminating bad mental habits and on reconditioning yourself.
There's a "stamina only" routine outline here that should be of use.Want One FREE Month of Coaching? PM or email me for details- or CLICK HERE
